Awesome little quiet place run by nice people

Stayed one month running from weather. Trinidad is awesome! This "park" is not. It's a maze of mostly run down rv's, mostly permanent and it's an eyesore. Trashy. We picked up a bad full of trash on the way to the trash. They take $100 deposit and told us it was if we leave the sight a mess. At the end of the month they said we needed to let them know a week ahead we were leaving or we forfeit the deposit. Very "scammy." Had problems with packages because they didn't know who we were, yet they gave us the address to get deliveries. Seems like they're just collecting money, not putting any money into this place. Great location, not a great park.

I've stayed at the motel twice, each time for 2-3 months. I'm hoping to come back as soon as there is an opening. Everyone was extremely nice and I really loved staying there.

My son lived there recommend. A couple years ago. The owners/managers, Rusty and his wife were wonderful. They made the move in and out very easy. They were always there if you needed anything. I would highly reccomend.

We had a pleasant stay. Management was prompt to deal with an issue. Clean, quiet park with good longer term tenants and open spaces for short stays. We'd stay here again.

We had a reservation. No one was at the front office when we tried to check in and wouldn’t be there until 3pm. It said just take a spot; but there weren’t any pull thru spots for us to take. Hard to maneuver thru because cars were blocking all the access roads. Park was not clean and the sites looked in poor condition to us.

We stayed for a week and LOVED it! The people who own the place were super friendly and very helpful! Everything was clean and the views............. wow! the views were incredible! We highly recommend this place to everyone!

My parents are stranded in Trinidad. Their truck broke down. They can not use their air conditioner because the voltage is so low. They only need 30 amps. The water pressure is extremely low. The manager told them that they could pay the weekly rate and then went up and would not honor the weekly rate. Worst rv park ever. Do not stay here. The side of the toad would be friendlier.

Tight ship keeps it clean and safe. Don't know how they're able to keep the rent so low but I sure appreciate it. Always friendly at the front desk and cable TV is provided for the RV spaces. Pretty good deal!
