I once had left a 5 star review on this place but thats definitely changing. When I moved out they hit me with damage fees when I asked for photos of said damage. They told me they would email them to me . Last time I heard anything from them now they have thrown the so called damages costs into a debt collection agency and destroyed my credit score . See what yall did not know is I kept documentation of every billed payed on time and photos of when I first moved in and when I moved out. I also kept every work order put into maintenance . I went and talked to them in person and when I did it was like I couldn't get any info besides you owe this much for damages and a cleaning fee . But couldn't provide me with anything else. DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. And if you do make sure to document everything. ;)

Folks pay attention to this place. First and foremost they don't even have their number listed on the website, they have a Georgia number listed which also is a Cayman Bay, ( no relation) to the Dothan one. Red Flag number one, #2 why would you rent to someone that hasn't been cleaned or inspected. Power can't be turned on because on no clearance. But yet I paid a deposit and.it wasn't ready as promised so if I'm having problems before I can even put my stuff in there it's just gonna get worse. And it has. Folks if your having problems go to the housing authorities. They need to no to be able to help you. Cayman Bay has rules to follow under tenants act. I will be you advocate by starting the process. Speak up Folks don't let them take Advantage of you

Quiet little mobile home community close to work and shopping. Have lived here almost 2 years and never had any problems with management or neighbors. The one and only time I had an issue with the homes AC they came out same day and put in work order to replace the evaporator and it was done very fast. I plan to live here as long as I reasonably can since it's very close to my work

It’s ok. Rent is too high for having to pay for lawn and pest treatment. It went up to 880 for my place suddenly without notice since they got new trailers in. Ive been trying to stay in the community and move to a smaller apartment for months since I’m single now. Managment is not helpful for the most part. Told me that I’ll probably have to move out next year because my ex won’t sign his name off lease. Very unfair. I’m lucky to have a good job and hopefully I’ll find another place by that time.

So over this place. Have lived here for over two years and we have had 3 owners. The newest one just told me I had to pay $130 more than other renter for just the LOT! They don’t cut grass, bug control, or anything for the amount they charge. New manager was was unhelpful when I complained about the different! This is not for the trailer renters. I’m not sure what they pay. I do have great neighbors, but a lot of them are moving out also! To high a price for a small, SMALL, strip of land and nothing else! *Manager tried to tell me the lawn care problem is because they can’t get someone, but I get business cards for lawn care in my door, so I don’t really believe her.*

I gave 3 stars due to everyone's yards not being cut and that appears to be the owner of the property not the tenants neglect. They have went up on the lot rent but their attention to details seems to be at an all time low. I don't live there but know somebody that knows somebody that knows somebody who does so I know this information is correct. My personal opinion is if you want to charge an astronomical amout of money for rent you should at least cut their grass and maintain it so it doesn't look like Sanford and Son have took over the place. But as I stated, I don't live there so I don't have a dog in the fight.🤷‍♀️

The current management leaves alot to be desired. Their customer service skills are sub par and they never return calls. I moved recently out of the park and have been waiting to receive my security deposit back. The unit I lived in was rented promptly after I moved, which meant no major damage was found. I was also told I would receive a majority of my deposit back. However, after speaking with one of the ladies in the office, she informed me that "We normally just keep those." referring to the security deposit. I have been in contact with an attorney and I would rather spend money taking them to court than to let them just rob me. If they are doing this to me, I just wonder who else they are or have done this to.

This used to be a really affordable place to live. They brought In a few new trailers for rent and suddenly they raise the rent to 550+. You’ve got to have impeccable credit too. It’s bonkers. It’s not even really in a super nice part of Dothan.

The worst management ever, the manager and assistant manager have bad attitudes. The manager is never in the office, they both lack communication skills and are very unprofessional . I hear a lot of people talk about this company, I actually experienced it for myself. Corporate office needs to clean house . The manager or assistant manager isn’t fit for the job.
