We stayed in a cabin with beds for four. The cabin has a nice and seemingly new refrigerator and an electric stove, which also works well. The beds are reasonably comfortable, but not lux. There is a small table outside on the front porch that holds two comfortably and four four if you squish. There is also a roomy picnic table outside of the porch, a fire ring, and a grill. There is no sink or bathroom in the cabin, but the bath house is nice. There are also water spigots pretty near each cabin. Cayuga Lake is Just across the road. Appear with a picnic table. Provide a pleasant review across the lake. Next to that is a nice playground. I didn't see any signs or information about boat rentals, and many people brought their own boats, but we came off-season. All in all, I recommend this park. From here, we visited Watkins Glen State Park, Taughhannock State Park, Letchworth State Park, and others, none more than about an hour away. You can buy firewood at the park office, where the staff are very friendly. There is a Wegmans Supermarket about 20 minutes from the park

Wonderful weekend at this campground ! We tent camped at site 828 and felt like we had a great amount of privacy and it was close to the facilities. We also went kayaking on the lake which was super peaceful. No issues with noise or other loud campers. We would absolutely stay again.

I like the rv spots are roomy and short walk to the lake. Next time I'll bring my paddle board. Just wish they would make a dog beach. Some where doggie and owners can cool off. Bathrooms are clean. Only 2 shower stalls. Some spots are close to the road.

Beautiful camp grounds tho unless you are into boating and fishing there is little to do. We were there to relax it suited. The staff keeps the area immaculate and the grass well cut. the camp sites are spacious and we felt comfortable. Mosquitos were rather aggressive, but our gazebo kept them at bay.

Nestled in the heart of New York's Finger Lakes region, Cayuga Lake State Park is a serene sanctuary where nature's beauty unfolds in every direction. With its crystal-clear waters, expansive lush green landscapes, and a canopy of trees providing shade and tranquility, it’s an idyllic destination for campers, hikers, and water enthusiasts alike. The park offers pristine picnic spots with breathtaking lake views, miles of hiking trails that meander through enchanting woods, and well-maintained campsites that promise a cozy retreat under the starlit sky. Whether you're paddling along the calm waters, fishing for the day's catch, or simply basking in the serene surroundings, Cayuga Lake State Park delivers an unforgettable experience that leaves visitors yearning for a return. It’s a haven where the hustle and bustle of everyday life melts away, replaced by the gentle whispers of nature.

Rented Cabin 14 for 7 days. My cousin got the one next to me. These cabins are great. Not too much, so you still get the camping feel, but, a solid roof, a comfy bed and a flushing toilet. Unfortunately, we couldn't swim in the lake, which is walking distance, because of algae bloom. Across the street are the more primitive sites, it looked so peaceful over there too. The cabin is near rt 89 so the traffic noise is there, but not so much that it took away from our stay. The cabins are really ideal for folks who like to camp but need a few creature comforts. I will definitely consider camping here again.

Very relaxing state park with a Great Lake beach to cool off. If you have kids they’ll for sure love the playgrounds here. My major complaint is the campground is near a golf course. I didn’t think this was an issue till I nearly was almost hit several times with a golf ball while I camped here. I’m surprised the golf course doesn’t have a net to catch these balls and a pretty large risk. Everything else was great tho!
