Called you say we would arrive late. Got thetd after dark and no after hour instruction available. We had to wander around in dark for a place to stay.

It was very clean and quiet. Probably great for kids, but it didn't give us any room for chairs under our awning. It was only good for the purpose of parking overnight. Zero to write home about. Would I stay there again? Probably. I know that I can trust the place.

Great location, beautiful park grounds, well maintained, supremely clean and well-kept laundry and shower services. ADMIN Staff professional, accommodating and very amenable to tenant’s needs. Supremely pleased with our stay through the winter. Looking forward to returning soon. Conveniently located to great shopping and dining in Poulsbo. Highly recommended.

Management is competent and helpful, among other things assuring that homes and lots are well kept; landscaping on mobile home (north) side is especially nice (including a few quiet RV lots.) Water/septic generally reliable. Residents are as friendly as YOU are. For long-term residence, COPD/asthma sufferers or folks who walk the park for exercise may wish to be aware that a dozen or so residents heat at least partially with wood, so smoke may be a seasonal issue.
