Cedar Glen RV Park

Overview

Cedar Glen RV Park provides a serene, forest-like atmosphere on Washington’s beautiful Kitsap Peninsula. Unlike busy roadside stops, this park emphasizes a peaceful residential environment surrounded by towering evergreens and native ferns. It serves as a reliable home base for travelers looking to explore the Puget Sound area while staying tucked away in a quiet wooded setting. The park maintains a well-kept appearance that reflects the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest landscape.

Located in the charming town of Poulsbo, also known as Little Norway, the park is perfectly situated for regional exploration. It sits just off Highway 305, providing quick access to the Bainbridge Island Ferry for convenient day trips into downtown Seattle. The surrounding area is characterized by rolling hills and coastal views of Liberty Bay. Guests enjoy the convenience of being near local grocery stores and services while feeling miles away from the urban hustle.

Nature enthusiasts can drive west to explore the rugged beauty of Olympic National Park or visit the nearby Clear Creek Trail for a local hike. Water activities are abundant, with several marinas offering kayak rentals to explore the calm waters of the sound and view local marine life like seals and herons.

Who This Park Is Best For

This park is an ideal choice for long-term travelers or those seeking a minimalist, nature-focused stay rather than a high-activity resort. Called you say we would arrive late. Got thetd after dark and no after hour instruction available. We had to wander around in dark for a place to stay.

It was very clean and quiet. Probably great for kids, but it didn't give us any room for chairs under our awning. It was only good for the purpose of parking overnight. Zero to write home about. Would I stay there again? Probably. I know that I can trust the place.

Great location, beautiful park grounds, well maintained, supremely clean and well-kept laundry and shower services. ADMIN Staff professional, accommodating and very amenable to tenant’s needs. Supremely pleased with our stay through the winter. Looking forward to returning soon. Conveniently located to great shopping and dining in Poulsbo. Highly recommended.

Management is competent and helpful, among other things assuring that homes and lots are well kept; landscaping on mobile home (north) side is especially nice (including a few quiet RV lots.) Water/septic generally reliable. Residents are as friendly as YOU are. For long-term residence, COPD/asthma sufferers or folks who walk the park for exercise may wish to be aware that a dozen or so residents heat at least partially with wood, so smoke may be a seasonal issue.
