The has become trashy. Trash all over the place. The manager is great tho she does her best to keep things in order. Some of the people that live there are disrespectful and rude. They are either on some type of drug or alcohol. If you try to get into this place you have to be desperate. I used to live here a couple of years ago and it was a beautiful place to live. Now I live here again and have to have cameras on my place in which I've never had to do before at any place I lived.

The park has excellent management if you happen to be one of their close friends or family. If you’re a normal person looking for opportunities, if they ever answer your calls they’ll probably be happy to take your money to get you to move in so they can go back to ignoring you. Oh and be sure to expect every other electric bill to come a month late so you have to pay two months at once.

Management discriminates towards applying tenants. Property manager wouldn't provide information on why application was denied. I was a homeless veteran who recently applied for a rental and after more than a week I had to confront the property manager in person and all I was told is that I was denied with no explanation and they wouldn't provide any information as to why or who I could contact. I found out later that it was denied due to personal reasons the manager had towards me

I spent 3 days scrubbing feces off bathtub and floor. Hundreds of insect carcasses by the refrigerator when I arrived in August. I was covered with spider bites after the first night. The cat had fistfuls of fur in clumps and I had an extreme hair loss in days from polluted well for hot water. My lease mentioned my responsibility to prove the toxic water. They left me out of the lease but did not refund my security deposit. Nice people but easy to see how they had 3 managers in less than a year. It was a nightmare. The neighbor next door developed nose bleeds from it.

The laundromat is nice and pretty close to where I stayed. The place kept my deposit over mismanagement of our agreement but it came over new management and wanted rectify the issue. They gave me my deposit back which was very nice of them to do since they didn't have to.

Apartment was kind of rundown. the laundromat is nice. However, they kept my deposit without sending an itemized bill, saying I "up and left" even though I told them it would only be three months when I moved in and paid the entire stay upfront.

I've lived here for almost 3 months. Larry is so conscientious about taking care of us. Good place to live!
