My family just moved down here from salt lake when my husband got a job at the mine. We were having a hard time finding somewhere, and Enrique was the only person that helped us. He gave us the chance to have a home and somewhere safe I can have my son. He’s been the best landlord I’ve had yet when it comes to repairs and making sure it is a stable living environment. He is very quick at responding to messages, and is awesome at communicating with his tenants. I would strongly recommend this as a housing option for u and ur family! Great safe neighborhood and little park for the kids at the front!

Enrique was very understanding of my background and my change of life and gave me my family a chance of having a home. He is also very attentive to repairs and responding to messages. As looking through and being part of a community, that doesn’t have many options being a felon, regardless, they are not violent and nothing that should keep me from moving on in my life or putting that pass behind me Utah is not really the best place to be looking for places live, I’ve spent the better part of three years looking for a place to live or call home the end of those three years about $4000 in fees I still ended up empty-handed so we had to go with Option C which was purchasing an RV- itself again created another challenge no living in eastern Utah. They do have more options for RV parking for long-termers and Central Park has a choice of course having mobile homes rent the management is pretty good. Enrique is really down to her understanding man the late fees that run a little bit or the paycheck to paycheck. MAX you’re looking at $100 extra which is lower than most, the cost of month is $499 a month and that does include full hook ups, sewer, electrical water and electric is not metered so it’s not separate. That’s something we’ve been running into a big issue with it and be included in the in the price. I think the only issue that we’ve had when it comes as far as the neighbors and the community itself of Central Park is everybody does keep to them themselves and the neighbors we met when we moved in are really nice. They’ve introduced themselves and everything but we have neighbors in the back that have dogs, and we love dogs and all animals! But when these dogs are not trained very well, well and the owners allow these dogs to bark all night and starting anywhere from 4-6 am in the morning without coming out to take them inside or doing anything about it. This seems to be something that happens every single day. That is the only thing about this place. That drives me absolutely crazy and is almost unacceptable management and I’m still waiting patiently for a result. And I’m thinking this summer will probably put up property divider so that we can divide our space from like the neighbors in the back because we do get a lot of traffic like around our RV that does drive me a little bonkers! When we get a better position in about 12 months, we will be traveling cross country managing different RV sites and reviewing sites all over the place. We enjoy giving our feedback and helping those make the correct and best decisions possible!

Place has improved greatly over the years. It used to be known for crime and drug activity, now you see little of either. The roads are quite dangerous still, between being entirely dilapidated and zero enforcement of the posted speeds. infact the worst are the parks "handymen” who for some reason feel the need to drive excessively fast up and down the street while pulling random trailers and seemingly having zero purpose whatsoever. The reason for 1 star when it really deserves atleast 3 is the fact that "Central Park Mobile Home & RV Park" is the one single community, in an area spanning 4 counties, that you cannot get high speed fiber optic internet access. It is available EVERYWHERE but here. According to the local telecommunications company the sole reason for this is that the owners are greedy and unreasonable refusing to allow the updated fiber lines into the park. There are several of us hoping for a response from the owner on that one, guess we will see.
