We stayed two nights in October 2025. It's a nice campground and well situated. The site was too small to accommodate both our RV and truck so we were told we can park in employee parking first night or the overflow which we did. However, the second night,we parked in employee spot ( there were about 8 spots and they were all empty) because we had groceries and we were leaving the next morning. As we were packing up last morning,we were asked to move truck and since we were blocked (probably by Manager),my husband went to office at which time the Manager yelled at my husband for parking in that spot and blocked us from moving the truck so he could confront him. He was rude and didn't wait for an explanation until my husband told him to calm down. Terrible customer service. Will never go there again. This is no way to treat your customers

We stayed one night in our RV in August this year. Site was adequate but at nearly $77 for one night did not expect such lousy (virtually non-existent) wifi. And did not sleep well with roaring traffic on busy I-15 just 100 ft. or so away in spite of the sound wall. Don't plan to go back.

Heads up, they have a list of dog breeds they don’t allow stay at the rv park. We were turned away because we have a German shepherd.

My husband and I live the winter months here for 4 seasons. The management the first 2 1/2 years were amazing. Kind and courteous. The lot rent did go up and you had to pay for electricity but we understood with covid. February of 2024 they hired Jen and the place went so down hill. She is rude and dishonest. We talked to the manager at the time about something she had done and she was mad. The next month she took us off the monthly and put us on daily. And billed us 85 a day. The manager at the time made it good. We came back this year and she gave our spot away. We had reserved that spot in May when we left. She became the manager and when we returned she had every excuse. We took what she said was open due to no other choice. We rv full time. At the new spot we had dogs pooping on the roadside of lot and we're told we needed to clean it or we would be charged. This park has gone down hill so bad that in the month of January 20 campers pulled out with us being the 18th. Then it took over 3 weeks to get our deposit and over pay back. I would love to visit with the owner of this property at anytime if they want more information

Nice RV park. Very close to the I-15 freeway. Good sized pull through RV spaces. Small convenience store. Nice grassy areas a pool.

In my humble opinion they're asking too much money for spaces. Adding the utilities you're talkin a nice new condo in downtown Ogden. Lower income people can't count.on that cheaper rent any longer. Squeezed out of the motor parks to where?

Couldn't stay due to their ridiculous breed bans of "the top 10 aggressive breed" list. Been a full time Rver and only have had a handful of places like this. Hopefully they will change their rule as any dog can be aggressive. Maybe base your ban on individual dogs not entire breeds? Guess they already get enough money and support from what they allow.

We absolutely love this park! We have three young kids and feel very safe here. It’s clean, the amenities are great, nothing is broken and I cannot say enough about Robbin and Jen at the front desk! Sweetest, most helpful women I’ve ever met. The pool is clean, as well as the grounds, bathrooms and laundry. The pricing is beyond fair for everything available here. I honestly didn’t know parks could feels so homey and safe. Our neighbors (long term and short term) have been very sweet and everyone cleans up after their pets. Get on the waiting list you won’t regret it!
