Very nice, clean, quite community. Lots are spacious and prices are very reasonable. Paved roads, gazebo and swing set. They even have a storm shelter for their tenants.

Trailers are kinda old and falling apart. They don't fix anything for you here hardly. You are better of fixing yourself and giving receipt to owner for money off your rent. Other than that seems like an ok place

Applied a few months ago and the lady told me my application was denied because I falsified my application and I was being evicted from my current apartment. Told me I had cancelled my court date and everything. No where in the system have I had an eviction or court date for one. What kind of system do you use for your background checks.

While it is a quiet place to live. I do not recommend it. They change the rules constantly, and put rude letter in mailboxes. One letter literally called tenants stupid and that is highly unprofessional. Also they fo their own maintenance and are not certified, came to fix ac once and had to watch videos on how to clean it. Isn't it state law to be certified?

Chalet Ridge Mobile Home park is a very nice family oriented park with dust to dawn lighting and swings for children and a gazebo for a family get together. It has a storm shelter for any and all to use. They don't allow outside pets because children are outside playing and they don't want them to get hurt also no outside auto repair or cars on due it making the park look bad. Everyone must keep their own lots mowed and clean. Underpinning is required and it makes the park look good to. I recommend everyone to go look at it because it is a great place to live!
