We camped at this location for 2 nights- wish it had been longer. Very well kept- nice roads, clean bathrooms and laundry room. What you expect from a KOA and what you pay! There was a nice pool and a couple of clean dog parks! There were tiny homes which were also well kept- we’d never seen a KOA with seasonals. We drove along Lake Erie as it was close by. Went to see a few lighthouses. Definitely recommend and will visit again!!

Beautiful large campground! We had a pull thru site with a lake view and view of the hills. The staff was so friendly, bathrooms were very clean. The only downfall was that only ONE of the roads in the campground is paved, the others are sand. Not good for walking dogs, our RV was FULL of it! We went to local parks (Long Point & Panama Rocks). Absolutely recommend visiting them.

My wife and I are first year seasonal guests, and we absolutely love it here. Susan was very accommodating and allowed us to switch sites before the season even started. She put us in the perfect spot, very spacious! Everyone here, managers, maintenance, housekeeping etc. are friendly and do a great job maintaining the property. I have yet to come across anyone guests or employees who aren't kind and respectful. We can't wait to be seasonal members for many years to come!

Honestly, this didn't feel like camping at all. You are literally so close to people. You can hear them breathing at nighttime. They have the campsites right on top of one another. In my eyes, it is way too expensive when you can camp. For free, right down on the road with much more privacy. Somebody is driving around every 15 minutes watching you very uncomfortable. Not relaxing type of camping feeling that most people were used to. I definitely want to pay the money to go here again.

We just spent a week at this campground and to say that I was impressed is an understatement. Susan the manager checked us in when we arrived and this woman was born to be in customer service. She was kind, friendly, welcoming, and had an outstanding personality. I was genuinely impressed and delighted with the experience. During the week the staff was absolutely meticulous when it came to keeping the park in tip top shape. From the landscaping to the trash pickup as well as maintaining the facility these guys were top notch. I highly recommend this campground if you’re interested in the Chautauqua lake area of NY.
