Beautiful beach with lots of rocks and to the east a shallow bay that's great for little kids.

One of our favorite beaches in town to swim at. The water is warm, the sand is soft, and the shoreline is big, there is plenty of room to find a spot on the beach or use a picnic table ( if available) and not be crowded. There is a nice pavilion with picnic tables, and a drinking fountain, and a rinse off spout . Bathrooms and changing rooms inside the pavilion building. There is a small playground that needs to be updated, but the kids still enjoy playing on it! Only bummer is no dogs allowed on the beach. I've never camped here though so I don't know how the campsites are.

Quiet park. Shower facilities are old, but are being replaced. Campsite along the water was nice. Trail was enjoyable to walk. Birds were loud at night. Beautiful sunset views.

Lovely setting on the banks of Lake Huron in beautiful Michigan. This is our first stay in Michigan and I hope it won't be our last. There are toilets, showers, a dump station, and fresh water spigots in the campground. We stayed in a 34' fifth wheel. Remember that in addition to the camping fee, in Michigan, you also need a state park pass.

Rustic, clean and enjoyable camping. Nice trails, good location for further exploration and friendly park staff. What else could you ask for? The camp road is not paved so your beautiful truck/SUV might get a little dusty, oh my! There were some medium size RVs but I'd say it's a better camo for tents, pop ups and small campers.
