Booked a site we like the most well in advance for October Columbus Day weekend.payed in full during the summer when booked. Was told the day of the trip we were moved to a different site. This is the 2nd time this has happened. When I arrived no one was in the site we booked. Later someone showed up and come to find out the 3 sites by the site we rented were all friends. I was told when I booked it it was available. Unacceptable. I was gonna book a seasonal site for next year but I’d rather spend my money on a campground who doesn’t shaft there guests.

We arrived on a Monday (9/22) and left that Friday. Our cabin, Beavers Lodge was very clean. There weren't many other people camping at the time, but we didnt mind that since we like to stay to ourselves. We didnt have much interaction with the staff either, but on the few occasions we did, they were very friendly and helpful. Since we weren't in season visitors, and we weren't there for the weekend, there wasn't much to do on the campground itself, but it was very well maintained and it would be perfect for families with little ones. All in all, we had a great experience and highly recommend this campground.

This was our first time camping at a KOA and we were blown away! From the moment we arrived the staff were extremely welcoming. They even escorted us to our camp site and helped us back the camper in. The amenities were all in excellent shape. And the activities offered were perfect for all ages. Honestly this trip was one of the best we had. We will definitely be returning 😁

This was our second time staying here and we absolutely love it. We have two small children and a teenager and there is something for all of us here. The staff is friendly and the facilities are clean. It’s close enough to North Conway and other attractions but far enough out that you can walk to the little boardwalk in the marsh at night and feel like you’re in a planetarium. We brought my friend and her family this time and they’ll be coming back again next year as well.

Best place ever! Got a cabin vacationing from California. super peaceful but yet lots of activities as well. Very affordable water rentals. Row boats, canoes, kayaks and stand up paddle boards. Fishing is great. very clean campground. Staff were super amazing. Retired couple working there named Jill and Boyd were so friendly and helpful. They gave us so many hints on fun places to go while there.
