When they changed from KOA to Choctaw Rv park, you can no longer reserve spots. Today, we pulled in and gave him spot numbers that were vacant. That didn’t work because some were reserved. One spot he said, was not available, looked like a maintenance issue. After we parked, someone pulled in that spot. Either I can reserve a spot or it’s first come first serve! Not fair to allow some reserved, some not. If I pull in and their are vacant spots, why can’t I book one of those spots. Reservations are taken with your players card, do they see we do t gamble much? Therefore a reserved spot is not warranted. We go to camp, enjoy the restaurants, concerts and in the summer the pool.

Excellent staff from the time we arrived until we left. Security rides through on a regular basis and make us feel safe. To get to the casino just make a phone call and there was a van picking us up before we could turn around. We will be back. Had a great time

Came to Choctaw for a poker tournament and stayed day to day because we didn’t know how long we would be there. Stay about 20 days or so and would pay online or in cash when we would go inside every few days. On the last day we were supposed to stay, my mother who has Dementia fell so we took off early in the morning and had a bill of less than $100 total. Called the main number and they would not transfer us to the RV park and said we didn’t have a bill. Said maybe it hadn’t posted yet so call back later in the day but still wouldn’t transfer to the RV park. Called 4 more times and the last time the lady said when we come back in a couple days just go in and check to see if there was a bill so when we returned that week we went straight to the park and the lady inside who was very nice and we had gotten to know said the manager (Tristan) had to take the payment and release the hold on the account and he didn’t get in til 12. I gave her my number and said we would be back at 12. We went to eat in casino came back out and at 12:06 Tristan calls and says because we abandoned a bill we couldn’t park at the park anymore. We have never asked for a discount, a comp and have paid our complete bill to this point and have spent 10s of thousands of dollars in the casino and in 20 days made it to the level below the highest in the ranking structure as a point of reference of how much time we have spent in the casino. To be spoken to the Way Tristan spoke down to me is unacceptable and took my complaint to the person over Tristan named Brandon and left my number with him three different times and have yet to get a call back. If this is how you treat paying customers who spend a lot of time and money in the casino then I’ll take my time and money to winstar where they are more than glad to accommodate our needs with respect. It’s too bad a bad egg and ruin it for others. Save the cut and paste response. I gave you ample opportunity to speak to me face to face and no one would. The facility is nice but the Manager lacks a lot.

The RV Park is large, quiet, well spaced. The building housing laundry and showers is very large. Spacious areas for each show, extremely clean, well maintained. Friendly concierge with all the great info. A shuttle comes right to your campsite to pick you up and deliver you to the front door of the casino! Then when you cash in you get picked up at the front floor and returned home again. Beautiful casino, very nice staff, helpful. Campground is quiet, there are trains but only 1 blew a horn. Slept very well. Full hookups, water pressure PERFECT! Definitely

Really nice RV park. Close to the casino with free shuttle service. Great amenities with a pool, ice bathhouse and laundry should you need it available for pay. Sites are long and pull through. Easy in and out. Yes it’s on the higher side of price so know that and take that into consideration. For our weekend attending a concert this was great b

Pro: close to Choctaw Casino with shuttle CON: Pool at the rv park is unavailable and instead of giving you complimentary passes to Aqua at the casino they charge you for wrist bands even though the main amenity of this park is unavailable... Then of course you can't bring food or drinks so you are charged $$ for drinks and food at the pool. Manager: If your pool is unavailable you need to provide free wrist bands to the casino pool. Bamboozled And yes Ive put in a request for a manager callback but was told by the front desk that nothing has been done for others complaining about the pool, internet, and cable TV..... You have my name call me!

Ever since the RV park went from KOA to Choctaw RV park it is a pain in the butt to do anything. I use to be able to talk with the rv park office directly and they could just hold a spot for me, now EVERYTHING has to done through the hotel office and they have to send a link via text for you to put your debit card info in. If i'm driving and I want to get a spot on the way home from work I have to pull over. So inconvenient. Plus they cant even tell me if certain sites that I like are available. All they can do is put in a request. I really don’t even like going there anymore. And lets not talk about how rough the roads are going there. They will totally beat your RV up and shake everything loose. We've just quit going there all together. I.m not about to spend 300.00 a night just to sleep in a bed a the casino hotel. One weekend we had a group of about 6 other rv'rs and we all wanted to go but the hotel office couldn’t get through to tell me if there were certain site available AND if their WIFI was working. We all went somewhere else. I'm sorry but the last time I was there I didn’t think the two employees at the rv office were so busy that they cant take phone calls. They were very helpful to me while I was there no doubt but nits too much trouble getting a spot there now. doubt I'll be returning.

This is a review of the RV Park at the Casino. As Winter Texans we have stayed here many times on our way through as we travel. Yes, it is easy to get in and out. Yes, the bathrooms are clean and they have laundry facilities…. We used to pay $60 for a night. Then it went to $75. I thought that was a lot. Now we came through and for one night is $110! Really! This is before taxes… with taxes it would be close to $130! This is just GREED at its best. I find it amazing that the price jumped in just a few months. Save your money and go to another RV park with reasonable rates! Don’t support this kind of greed.

Very nice RV Park at a reasonable price. Shuttle was prompt for pickup to and from the Casino. Casino wasn't very giving and we had thunderstorms and hail (which of course they don't have any control over either.) Easy to get in and out.

This koa is clean, has a great clubhouse, pond, and regular shuttle to the casino. We like to stay here when watching concerts at The Grand theater.

I have Stay there before a few times and I will stay there again in the future this place is so easy to get in and out of it’s the cleanest I’ve ever been to they have a 24 hour shuttle runs back-and-forth to the casino it’s one of the best park if not the best I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve stayed in plenty of them Tim Foster Cedar Creek Texas

Exceptional rv park. Long level concrete pads. Beautiful restroom and laundry facilities. Extraordinarily well maintained.

Meticulously maintained landscaping. Plush soft green grass. Dual sewer ports on the site. Long concrete Pull thru sites with concrete picnic table and grill. Hedgerows on either side of the sites. Off-ground trash receptacles at each site. Shuttle runs to the casino and back. The only downside is the dog park is quite small, not much room for the dogs to run and play.
