""BAD REFUND POLICY"" I paid the one month fee. Less than 5 days later. My job feel apart. I took a job out of state. Management refused to refund me back my money. They have a zero refund policy. Also while here no bathrooms. Because they are broken. An my dog was attacked by a nieghbor dog. An when you look at their sewage hookups you can see they have backed up onto the ground used toilet paper is covering the ground. All this management is about the money. Not the service.

Coffee and Donut shop is so Super popular and always spaces to park your RV. Right next to Gold Dust West and just blocks from shopping

Priced cheaply but alot of residents are sketchy ppl. Showers were closed due to ppl abusing and destroying the use of them. The laundry mate has machines that work half the time and the old man that is in charge of opening and closing it will stare u down an HR before it closes. He sits outside in his truck and makes u feel uncomfortable for using the facility right before closing time. Even if ur done by 8pm. He 'll even stand inside the laundry room and stare at u while ur finishing up and inform u that u need to do ur laundry earlier cuz he has to close it at 8. The manager is very friendly and understanding if ur honest with her if ur going to be late paying rent. The place over all could use an upgrade but I guess since the turn over is so high and ppl r inconsiderate and trashy it's hard to keep the place up?

The donut place is amazing. The trailer park is organized. Ive found There is a true sense of community there. The manager is awesome! She is personable yet professional and always pleasant to deal with

This is definitely the RV park you would want to stay at the rent is very cheap under $400 a month plus it is very convenient right next door you've got the Family Dollar Store on the other side of the RV park you've got the Gold Dust Casino across the street you've got the Shell gas station then Smith's grocery store is within walking distance the management and employees are very friendly the RV Park has restrooms showers and they are pet friendly awesome place to stay for a week or permanently
