This camping facility is incredible. My partner was 12 weeks pregnant at the time and the site was quite hard for the tent. The young guy at reception, Antoine, was more than happy to help and refunded for the site and suggested one of the small queen bed cabins which was very reasonably priced. Nothing was too much for Antoine, he helped out that evening and also the next day for our family canoe trip where we took our five year old daughter. We all loved the old school vibe and extremely high level of customer service. Also, the camp grounds are extremely quiet by the 11pm curfew and I even felt that by 8pm everyone was in bed or being quiet, super respectful crew :) We will return next time we visit my partner's family, I think better than a lot of my local Aussie camp grounds. Cheers

River rafting was very well organized and the water was gorgeous, so worth the trip here. We were traveling with small children and it felt like a place more geared to the young adult crowd despite the website looking family friendly. A couple things could be improved- first of all there’s no dishwashing sink close to the cabins (we had a yurt) - there is only 1 for the entire campground and it requires a significant hike up a hill which is very inconvenient especially after dinner where it’s dark and kids need to be put to sleep . We are environmentally conscious and didn’t want to leave dishwater on the ground that could run into the river so ended up using our portable toilet to store it overnight. Also there was a music show right next to our yurt which was very loud pretty late (past 10 PM) which is not the peace and quiet we were hoping for and made it hard to get to sleep. Otherwise it’s very nice set up here.

Friendly team working there and super nice guides. Just a disclaimer, take the cancellation ensurance and ask 24 to 48 hours about the water level. They won't tell you until you're there and you'll get the surprise of your life if the water level is too high due to recent rain. You won't see much of what's showing in the ads and pictures. It's still beautiful, and the adrenaline will flow through, but the nice calm, clear water, you won't see anything of it.

Wow!!! Such an amazing place. We did Canoe with family in the river. Crystal clear water and you can see through the ground. Completely safe to descending the river. They give all safety precautions which we need to follow. One of the amazing/must thing to do in Bonaventure. Enjoyed a lot!!! You have an option for 10 KM or 20 KM. It takes about 2-4 hours depends up on the break time etc…!!! The cost is also pretty decent. We did not do camp.

Great campsite! Happy to have electricity and water right on the lot. Great view and walk to the river and not too far from necessities, but felt covered and secluded.

Awesome place. Amazing camping with lots of varieties of lodging. They have an eco-conscious atmosphere. With campgrounds that are isolated with and without electricity. We had the electricity option to heat our van during the night. It was cold in September so a good heater is a must. I must say that we went towards the end of the season. So.our experience was good because it wasn't as crowded. The kayaking down the river is definitely the highlight. We took the "popular" option and had an awesome time. They provide wet suits when it's colder. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay.

Camping spot had laughable cover from neighboring camps. My spot to set up my tent was literally a meter away from my neighbor's. If your going to take a shower make sure to bring more than 1 dollar, otherwise your body is going to be smothered with shower gel. I do not recommend. Personal opinion.

Not a good experience. Wood is really far from the camping site, there is no privacy from other camping sites. It is really packed and you can hear other campers during the night. There is only 1 machine to clean clothes for 80 camping sites. Showers are 1 dollar and they stop after a little while, forcing you to pay another 1 dollar. I asked for information on restaurants and they showed me their food truck which was really bad. The information was misleading, there are way more camping sites that offer better service.
