Circle CG Farm Campground

We stayed at Circle CG for a month while visiting family and breaking for a vacation. The campground has meandering roads and varying sizes of sites, making it really feel like camping. We had a pull-through site for our 42’ 5er. Short drive gives access to grocery stores, services and activities and just 40 mi drive into downtown Boston. The staff is very helpful and friendly, and it is the only park in the area that is open year round. Would certainly stay here, again, when in the area.

We booked 7 nights a year in advance. During our trip throughout New England, we experienced major mechanical issues with our RV. I called one week ahead of arriving at Circle CG and requested a very level site due to our problems. They assured us it would not be a problem. Naturally, when we arrived our site #63 had a 3.5" slant. The office was only willing to move us to a very undesirable site wedged in between some of their full time residents. The campground was only about 50% full with many sites meeting our needs. After a week there, most of these sites remained unoccupied. I will never understand management's lack of compassion and unwillingness to help us. Also, their WiFi is nonexistent although we were right by a tower. That too they seemed dumbfounded to hear about. Really????

I’ll start by stating I never made it here and I will tell you why. 1 week before the reservation I inquired about a refund because my father was put on hospice and i was not sure what was going to happen in the coming weeks. So happy grounds gave me 2 options, take a 50% loss on the reservation, or get a full credit that I needed to use before the end of the season. I was disappointed that they had zero sympathy for the situation and wouldn’t consider a full refund. But not only was I going to lose 1/2 the money spent, but they were going to also charge me a $35 fee for canceling. So for context, my 4 day booking was $322 and the refund was only $161. But before I even responded to the email to make a choice, they canceled my reservation all together. So I wrote an email back and still haven’t heard from them. I also haven’t received the refund. I understand companies have policies, but the way this was handled was poor and their customer service is a joke.

This campground was alright. Although we encountered flooding issues, the Manager accommodated us in a different site which was appreciated. The electricity was terrible and there was no way of getting it to work properly for our pop up. We recently visited their branch called White Pines and it was much much better than Circle CG. They even have hot food to purchase if you need to take a break from cooking. The Manager at W.P was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed and then some. They had strong electricity there and it never failed us. We will definitely return to W.P.

The staff at Circle C G Farm campground is amazing. They worked with our schedule to get us in and set up in a short time window. The grounds are well manicured, and has gated entry. One of the cleanest campgrounds we have used. Noise level was very low, so relaxing. Front desk check in communication was clear and concise on all aspects of the campground.

No help at pulling in. 35-foot motorhome with trailer. It was supposed to be a pull thru, but we could not fit thru two trees. Campers are packed in. No trash pick-up. But they are the only place open late in the season. We paid for everything internet, tv, 50amp electricity, water and we received electric and water. For what we needed, it was just that. To park with water and electricity. So, with that saying it was ok.

Fantastic location, it’s hard to find sites close to Boston and at this price it’s very hard to beat. As others have noted, the mosquitos are really bad, hence the 4 stars instead of 5…apparently they sprayed the day we arrived, but with the wet conditions it seemed to do very little and sitting outside was not enjoyable. Perhaps a longer stretch of dry weather would have let us enjoy the quiet, shaded site. Picnic tables could use a dash of new waterproof stain, as they were soaked. Best of all and offsetting the minor negatives was the staff - everyone was super friendly and helpful and they made our visit a treat. We’ll be back!

Pretty much between 4-5 stars. Clean overall, a little dated in places but EXTREMELY quiet and super friendly people all over whether the staff or the campers themselves. I don’t think we passed folks in any area without exchanging hellos and even having a few nice conversations with neighbors. Pool was great for kids with a shallow end and the camp store is both affordable and clean with a rustic feel of a real cabin. Kids loved the mini horses and mules, and while it was a bit buggy, it was great to just be outside in nature and relax with quiet and respectful neighbors and good spacing in the sites themselves. We’ll be back! Hopefully some paved road sections and renovations to the activity area like mini golf but a nice little campground that’s full of good people.

As a "veteran" camper since I was a baby traveling with my parents to now with my own family, I have never ever found a more accommodating campground. Arrived a day late because we thought we booked the correct date to arrive, but in reality we booked a day earlier. Circle CG accommodated the change with no charge and understood our mistake. Then, to top it all off, the site we were in was a no fire zone. I asked if we could have a fire and they said unfortunately not unless you have your own raised fire pit. Understanding their concerns we, of course, followed the rules. However, management drove to Home Depot, unbeknownst to us, and purchased a raised fire pit for us to utilize. The management and staff went ABOVE AND BEYOND for my family to make sure we had the experience we wanted. These are the campgrounds us campers must protect as they understand Corporate America is killing this family tradition and vacations for so many families. Happy Camping Everyone and Safe Travels!

Plenty of space to go around at each campsite, regardless of whether you are tenting or RVing. The staff here are INCREDIBLY helpful, whether checking in/out or delivering firewood and kindling. The bathrooms are warm, but well-kept and clean. Showers provide plenty of hot water. Water and electricity are available on most sites (if not all). This is a gated campground so make sure to hold onto your key card for each time you drive in to the place. The only downside to camping in the woods, especially during summer, is the amount of mosquitoes one encounters. It can happen an experience if you're constantly being eaten alive, so come prepared to cope!

Pros: Only-ish campground near Boston that can accommodate larger rigs, 10 minutes to the commuter train for easy access to Boston, relatively clean and quiet campground. The area felt safe, and the campground has a security gate. Cons: We have a 37ft 5th wheel and were assigned back in spot 26A. This site is surrounded by trees, has a poorly placed telephone pole, and trees across the street… it is not appropriate for moving a long rig in and out. It took 40 minutes to back in, trying not to hit things, with the help of several extra pairs of eyes. It took 40 minutes to get out as well. We saw TWO other campers get damaged by rubbing trees while being pulled through. This is easily the tightest campground we’ve ever stayed at. The roads are poorly marked and the campground is pitch black at night. They do not clean pine needles off of the roads, so in the dark it’s impossible to see what’s road and what’s land. No garbage pickup, dumpster is way at the front of the campground, and there is no recycling.

This is a rustic gem. Very nice store and other amenities. Looks like they're going through some upgrading to the front grounds area. The entry in and out is tight for big rigs. The best cable tv system we've seen in four plus years as full timers. Sites are primitive, level and relaxing.

Quiet wooded sites. Nice place. Will plan on returning.

If I'm going to be dictated to while being charged 1300 a month, I can stay in a boot camp. After you read the 4 pages of rules and they don't take responsibility for anything, yes please sign your rights away!! Camping is supposed to be fun and relaxing to stay, but this process and filling out an application is ridiculous. BTW: If you're going to make us sign a FEE filled contract, please spell words correctly!! This ain't an RV park, it's a glorified mobile home park...

Great campground! Owners and staff we nice and super helpful. Kids enjoyed catching frogs in the pond. Would like to see a swing set/small playground for kids. There is a mini golf course and some game courses. Petting zoo was cute for kids! Events were great!
