Stayed at this RV park and moved out on April 27th, 2025. I was told I would receive my deposit back shortly after leaving, but it has been over 3 months, and I still haven’t received anything. Despite multiple messages and phone calls, the manager has mostly ignored me and stopped responding altogether. When they did reply early on, they gave vague excuses but never followed through. This lack of professionalism and accountability is unacceptable. If you’re considering staying here, be very careful especially if you’re expecting to get your deposit back. I do not recommend this park.

This place change for the worst when the change management. Have no received my deposit it's been 6 months. The girl that is in charge now he very rude and unprofessional. Was there for 3 years never had a problem before until new management came in. Would not recommend find your self a better place to stay.

I repeat DO NOT stay here. They will keep your security deposit. It has been over a month and they have failed to return a security deposit. The area is always full of trash and it lacks basic hygiene. The administration doesn’t do a good job at keeping up with maintenance. Unsafe area with lots of stray animals and lazy neighbors leaving trash everywhere. Will be reaching out to a legal team because keeping the security deposit when the place was left as it was is greedy and they think they can get away with it.
