Been staying here for almost a month. It’s a very clean RV park and a very nice Manager They allow Pit bulls, which is wonderful because not a lot of people do And they don’t really have rules besides no selling drugs or speeding, which is common in most rules

While traveling alone from Minnesota, I had to spend several weeks in the Dallas area. I was very happy to find this RV park, even though it's not fancy and there's not much for kids to do. All I needed was a safe place to stay that was quiet, conveniently located, and provided water, sewer, electricity, a laundry room, and trash disposal. This place was perfect for me. The owners were friendly, cooperative, and helpful and the price was also very reasonable. The laundry facility had very nice men's and women's restrooms that each included a shower. Quite a few tradesmen were there and they agreed with my assessment. I will definitely be back.

My girlfriend and I moved into Cisco’s back in May 2021. A lot happened in the next 14 months. We upgraded RVs, we got married, we met a ton of great friends and neighbors. Overall this park was our first home together as a couple and it was a wonderful experience we will remember for the rest of our lives. The owners Clovis and Dianna took us in as their own and took great care of us from day 1. They are such helpful and friendly people! We can’t thank them enough for everything they did for us!

Amazing campsite to reside at (especially for those traveling for work- very quiet and 24 hour laundry with coin machine). Clean bathrooms and showers, a pretty cool gym & vending machine! The owners are so very nice and have great southern hospitality!! Went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. If we are in the area again- we will be back ❤️

I moved My 5th wheel in to Cisco’s Country Oasis in October of 2019 and been living here since. Alvarado is perfectly located 30-40 minutes south of both Dallas and Fort Worth. If You’re looking for country living, a gated community, and a “family” feel with onsite and involved Owners I highly recommend contacting Diana and Clovis. They offer daily, weekly, and monthly rates with everything included for one rate. Cisco’s is My home with no plans to move anytime soon.

Would definitely recommend staying here! It's a little off the beaten path but it's worth it. Owners are friendly, accommodating and helpful! Showers/laundry room are nice and clean. And spaces aren't crammed right next to each other. Prices are reasonable and they give you your privacy.

Such a lovely atmosphere! Playground for the children, showers, washers dryers! All the amenities if home. Such a kid friendly place!!! Children running playing laughing in the great outdoors!

The nicest people in the world, clean,safe great place for kid's as well ,did I say it has locked gates code in code out .oh and dog friendly also,promise yall will like it I love it!
