This is a very pretty park. The RV parking is on the back side of the lake. The boat landing n pet area is on the same side. The kids/ youth baseball park is on the other side.

This RV park is beautiful, clean, brand new picnic tables, a beautiful fishing lake with a sand beach, asphalt roads, concrete pads, wooded and nice sized lots all for $22.00 a night located within a gated city park complex. Nice for walking and kids bicycles and there other amenities within the complex such as pavilions, fire pits, frisbee golf, baseball fields and dock piers. Felt very safe. Each time we contacted Dwight (the camp host), his responsiveness was immediate and the hospitality was superb. Dwight grew up local and this is his year round home. If you need RV assistance, Dwight knows a guy! If you need vehicle assistance, Dwight knows a guy! He shared some of the continuous improvement plans with passion. Highly recommended. We enjoyed our stay and made a new friend! GO!!!

Great little camp ground. Dwight is the gentleman who runs the campground and is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. Sites all back up to a beautiful lake view and are all tree covered to keep you cool. There is a swimming area in the lake, freesbie golf and regular golf on site a nd plenty of open areas as well. The wifi works great, too. Found this place while escaping a hurricane and will definitely be back. Everyone in the town was nice and the food was great.

My name is Charles Martin and I live in Eight mile Alabama. Citronella Park is only 27 miles from my house and once I arrived I actually was immediately welcomed by Mr. Dwight. The flat concrete pads are a plus but the pictures and the other reviews left by prior people do this park no justice. It is truly a hidden gem. I found that most of the campers there like the family oriented atmosphere. maneuvering around the park was very nice and easy as well as the friendly faces that I met in the three days that I was there. I truly truly plan on spending more time there as It is so close.
