The park is nestled away from major highway noise, offering a serene environment where the sounds of the water and local wildlife take center stage.

Families often gather at the covered picnic shelters and the playground, creating a community-focused atmosphere. The sites are generally spacious, allowing for easy maneuverability for travelers who value a bit of extra elbow room during their stay.

Always a good time. The campground manager, Chuck and his wife are very attentive and really fun-loving people and they make sure that everyone has a good time. I can't see us moving our EagleRiders bash anywhere else ! Thanks guys !

Met there to go fishing, we only used the parking area and the fish cleaning station, both were great, nice to have things like that, and people who care enough to take care of it, was a good trip

Completely shut down! The shoreline is flagged no trespassing. Heard it was because if a couple trees fell over but even shoreline areas without trees or facilities that are partially submerged are closed off to the public. No evidence of repairs evident from roadway. No fishing, no duck hunting or anything the public could still use is being allowed because of shoreline posting! They were letting some RV camping up hill from the lake but very limited.
