I bought a home from the cullman location and It was nothing but problem after problem. I had to have a new roof put on a month after the house was delivered after having 3 leaks in a new house. I have had to pay people to fix things in the house and I got lie after lie with the sales group. I still have parts on the outside of the house that you can see the wood were the siding isn't covering. I urge you please don't make the same mistake I did

Mrs. Joan Bates is an angel! My husband and I bought our home in June of 2024. We had many "communication" issues with the previous staff (mainly Virginia and Chris, her spouse). They wouldn't even bring out our front steps. Something that shouldn't have been an issue. Well skip to Jan. 2025 and we just now got the steps along with other minor problems that should have been fixed. We give all our thanks to Mrs. Joan for caring about us and our home and getting more things done in 2 wks. than the others have done in 6 months. Just ok. Made an appointment a few days out and was told the salesperson would be in contact....never heard from him. Showed up at the time we had agreed upon on the phone and the one salesperson who was there alone was busy with someone else. We waited a half and hour, looked at a few homes and decided to go elsewhere. The mold odor in the office was another big turn off. Thanks but just wasn't impressed. **Edit** Thank you for the response, but the folks looking for a home (my daughter and her fiance) were in town for only that week. They couldn't wait and found another option that they were happier with.
