It's ghetto across the street from where my friend lives. Make sure to lock your cars up at night. Cops patrol the area and harass you esp after 9 pm.

Great place to live. Trailers are rent/purchase, both are good deals. Area stays quiet for the majority of the night. Most places cost of living will sit about 700-900/ month with all bills combined. Bring in a new unit, rent one, buy one. On site maintenance crew are very helpful and solid performance skills and answering the call in a timely manner.
