Great place as a Lynchburg base. Clean restrooms and laundry. Hosts are available and helpful. Reasonable price except for pet fee. Little gem, bit of a trek in but doable.

I had the pleasure of staying here during a healthcare travel opportunity, what was originally planned to last a few weeks, turned into several months, mainly because it was easy to get comfortable, feel safe and relax after a days work. The park is very clean, beautiful, and safe! The hosts are beyond hospitable, helpful, and knowledgeable. They have made myself and family/friends that visited feel very welcome into the community. We cannot wait to come back next time for vacation!

Nice clean park, several long term sites but well kept. Sites are concrete, we stayed on site 43. Site was just long enough for our motorhome and wide enough to park our truck. This was our third stay at the park, Ron and Christine were very nice. We have family and friends near by and we will be back. There was a chili cook off on Saturday night at the park.

My wife and my grandkids found this RV park & we would stay the weekend, did I mention we are new to this camper life. So thankful to the park managers, their expertise in this RV thing was very helpful and very much appreciated. They made it their business to make sure all guests were taken care of and believe me in my eyes they went over and beyond. Plenty of boat parking. Boat launch was easy to manage. Played pool with my grandkids, I told them I wouldn't tell anyone but they bet me. Lol If I could suggest a rise to this husband and wife team I would in a minute. We had a lovely relaxing time. The neighbors that were there were friendly and happy to meet and get to know you. The grounds were clean and well kept. There was a pool,a laundry room and a small store in case you forgot something. We stayed for 2 days and enjoyed it very much.

This place is absolute heaven. I highly recommend staying here. The amenities are amazing and kept very clean. The person who runs this place is very helpful, kind and knowledgeable. If you want and peaceful stay in a beautiful place I would go here.

October 2021 Campground is a year-and-a-half old.The place is immaculate. Paved roads cement RV parking, easy to level the unit. Nice and quiet with pool. 10 minutes from Lynchburg. Super friendly staff. When I find myself back in that neck of the woods, I will return here.

Outstanding place!!! Atmosphere was amazing. A very laid back super friendly outgoing staff!!! Restroom/bathhouse was top of the line and extremely clean and very well maintained. Will plan on going back! If you are traveling to this area I so recommend this 10 star establishment. We have a pop up camper and was just as accommodating as if we had a large RV. I just can not say enough good things about CWC!

Great RV place with level concrete pads, very nice and clean bath house, reasonable washers and dryers, all with very nice, polite, and courteous staff. Even trash pickup at campsite. Sites are a little small but sufficient. Definitely will return when in the area.

Cleanest facilities I have ever saw at a campground, including the pool. Fantastic management. Just leave your trash in the front of your site every morning and they will pick it up for you. Full electric and sewage hookups. 10/10 would recommend. We will be returning.
