The surrounding landscape is defined by the Mark Twain National Forest, offering a canopy of oak and hickory trees that provide ample shade for RV sites. The park's position on the Webb Creek arm of the Black River ensures calm waters and picturesque views of the rolling Ozark terrain, making it a hidden gem for regional travelers.

For recreation, the park features a multi-lane boat ramp and a dedicated swimming beach, allowing easy access to the water. Families often gather at the playground or use the picnic shelters for afternoon cookouts under the forest canopy.

Nearby Attractions & Things to Do

Anglers frequent the lake for its excellent bass, crappie, and catfish fishing. Beyond the water, the park serves as a gateway to iconic Missouri landmarks. A short drive leads to the stunning geological formations of Johnson's Shut-Ins State Park or the massive granite boulders at Elephant Rocks State Park. For those interested in river floating, the nearby Current River offers some of the best canoeing and tubing experiences in the Midwest.

Great marina, excellent food, and the best owner/operators around. Friendly, always eager to please, and you feel like family. They entertain us on popular weekends with live music.

We stayed at the campground here. Matt was the host and he was AMAZING!! Made sure we had fire wood (no charge) everything was WAY better than I expected!! Kids had plenty of room We originally booked site 21- but its hard to tell from pics so when we got there he let us choose a new site We went with site 23 right next to the host Big spot plenty of room for a 17x17 tent and the kids 4 person tent The only thing is women's showers don't drain properly but that was easily remedied by taking a shower in the guys showers I highly HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The lake is only 600ft away bathrooms and showers were in close proximity We spent July 1st - July 10th there and didn't want to leave They have electric sites and non electric sites All the electric sites have 110 plugs and the 30amp rv plug They also have water stations near by!! We have found our forever camping spot here And we can't wait to do it again!!! I cried a little knowing its close to time to go

New owners. New shop. New feel. Same welcoming family feel. You are not a stranger when you come here, you are treated like family, ‘wanted family’ that is. 😎 Best Marina on any lake, try the fried green beans, but all the food is great. Served by some of the best people you will come to love.

Clean. Family-friendly atmosphere. Best burgers on Clearwater Lake. The Philly cheesesteak and the pulled pork sandwichs are to die for.
