I have to say I've lived in the park for 3 years and it is a very well-maintained very beautiful little Park we have one very obnoxious man that lives on a Lot 89 that likes to fight with everybody in the park and he also has a car that is obnoxiously loud and he likes to piss everybody off with how loud this car is he likes to make everybody upset with how loud this car is going in and out of the park making it as loud as it can be except for the two days a week that are park manager is here and then he's a little saint however when she's not here he does as he pleases he rides his scooter around the park at 50 mile an hour knowing that the park speed limit is 10 mph and his yard is it a literal pigsty he even put up a shed that is bigger than what the park rules allow and still continues to bring in a bunch more junk and stack it against his house under tarps thinking that makes it okay we absolutely love the park and wish there was something that could be done about this man

When I came here it was a nice park clean and quiet I have been here 3 years but about a year ago the person on lot 89 has changed all that his car is loud and it shakes the windows in our rvs he has threatened about 6 of us he said no one is going to tell him what to do on his property and also the debris on his lot is a hazard to my rv and every one else this is hurricane season and this is very dangerous so if happens the park will be liable for it this has been going on for 6 months I would like this to be cleaned up before anything happens I like this park we all get along because this is a good community he just makes it difficult and we have not talked to him since day two

I haven't had many issues with park, but my mother lives in a RV too right next to me and her electric has been outrageous. Apparently 1/3 of the people in the park are having issues. Apparently the electrical meters are all messed up. So my mother was paying for 3 trailers electric. Mine hers and the trailer on the other side of her. Plus I was paying my electric and so was her neighbor. So they got paid twice for 2 lots. This is happening to several of the meters on other lots Plus we were told we get free WI-FI. Well we're not and they keep saying they're working on it.

I am sure this is a great place to live overall. We came in on a Sunday afternoon to a site we were told was a concrete pad standard pull through with 30 amp, water and sewer. There was no concrete pad, the electric did not work at all and there was no way to contact anyone. My husband is a home hemodialysis patient and was unable to do his treatment as we had no electricity. Thank goodness we were only here one night.

Stacey was such a great manager the park was kept up and the communications with the residents on a daily basis was great the compassion she showed to each of us was beyond reproach and she was very professional at the same time congratulations on your promotion you will and are missed by all thank you for all you did for this park. I sincerely hope our next park manager will be able to continue on with the same assets as you.
