This park functions primarily as a comfortable, long-term and short-term community designed for those who value peace and order. With its well-maintained grounds, the park provides a consistent, reliable environment for retirees and snowbirds who appreciate a clean, peaceful setting rather than the high-energy environment of a tourist resort. It is a place where neighbors get to know one another while enjoying the beautiful Arizona climate.

Location & Surroundings

Situated in Camp Verde, Arizona, the park serves as a perfect base camp for exploring the central part of the state. Its position near the I-17 corridor makes it easily accessible for big rigs while maintaining enough distance to avoid constant highway noise. The surrounding area features high-desert landscapes and stunning mountain views that change colors throughout the day. Residents enjoy the convenience of being close to the local services of Camp Verde while remaining near the serene, rugged beauty of the high desert.

The park is equipped with essential modern conveniences to ensure a comfortable stay. Visitors can expect full hookup sites that accommodate a variety of RV sizes, along with well-kept common areas. The facility focuses on providing functional infrastructure, including maintained utility connections and level pads. Guests often appreciate the on-site laundry facilities and clean bathhouses, which are kept to high standards. Nearby Attractions & Things to Do

Camp Verde is rich in history and outdoor adventure. Nearby, you will find Montezuma Castle National Monument, which offers a fascinating look at ancient cliff dwellings. Additionally, the park is a short drive from the historic mining town of Jerome and the red rocks of Sedona. This central location allows travelers to experience the diverse culture and spectacular geological formations of Northern Arizona without long hours behind the wheel.

Who This Park Is Best For

Cloverleaf RV Village is ideally suited for snowbirds and active seniors who prefer a stable, quiet community over a transient, loud atmosphere. It is perfect for travelers who want a reliable home base to explore the Verde Valley at their own pace. If you prioritize a welcoming neighborhood feel, well-maintained sites, and easy access to both nature and local historical sites, this RV village will align perfectly with your travel style and expectations for a comfortable Arizona stay.

Clean quiet and affordable, goes over and beyond to help us out with our r.v. when we needed help. Grounds keeper is really on top of the property there. We feel safe when we stay there.

Beautiful place to live or just visit. The verde river runs in the back of the park. Very quiet and calm. I enjoyed a nice relaxing 2 months here. I highly recommend it.
