We have lived here going on 7 years and never had an issue. It's quiet and peaceful for the most part. Management isn't bad , pay your lot rent and you'll never be bothered by them. They keep the big areas mowed and it's pretty well maintained as it should be.

It is terrible..I would go in trailer clean a little and I would set on porch steps. And cry a little. Me and my son have lived in Coachlight since 2000. So much has changed..my last visit was shattered by gunfire at 12pm I spoke with police officer he said I heard gunfire it was domestic violence in the park. I was scared of this place now. And scared for my son and his dog.
