We stayed at this campground for three days, and it was fantastic. The campground is just a ten-minute walk from downtown Provincetown, and the walk itself is beautiful. Even though the campsites are close to each other, they feel very private due to the thick vegetation between each site. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. You can reserve a site online or by phone. We visited in October, and the campground was still open. If you arrive before 4 PM, you can pay by credit card. After 4 PM, you can pay in cash at the gatehouse, where someone is available to welcome guests until 11 PM.

Enjoyed our stay here. We sent up a tent near the pond side. I can understand how bugs could be a problem during the summer. There was still a decent amount mid October. Make sure to bring some bug protection. Bathrooms / shower were clean. I wish they were a bit more private and a bit less cramped - but I'm camping and all was well within expectation, lol. Slightly confused about the open flame policy - we didn't bring any for fire equipment because policy said no open flames, but a lot of people had fire pits going. 🤷♂️ Location was great. We walked to downtown and biked to the beaches/trails. Would definitely come again.

First time staying here this year. It is a Great location close to town! The tenting sites wile close together have great privacy with nice shrubs and bushes. Really loved the quiet laid back atmosphere, the staff at the gate when we arrived on our first day were super welcoming, friendly and funny she was great! Being we’d never been to coastal acres or Provincetown before, everyone was helpful. The showers and restrooms were always clean. Awesome service when we needed a propane refill, they will do it there for you! Wish we had known where or if there was a community fire pit, we may have just missed it or no one was using it. Other than that we loved our stay and already plan to come back.

We had a wonderful experience at Coastal Acres and what Provincetown has to offer. Campground staff and visitors were very friendly. Bathrooms were very clean. Walking distance to main trip and surrounding areas. Plenty of places to rent bikes for few hrs or a day. Over all we had a wonderful time on the Cape in Provincetown. We highly recommend campground to everyone!!! Thank you!

I stayed there a few weeks back for entire week. I've never been. Camping in all the years I've been coming to the Cape. I probably stayed at every guest house in Provincetown, but nothing compared to the fun I had here at Coastal Acres. The people that work here, we're as friendly as If they were your next door neighbor. I can honestly say I had the best week of my life of any vacation ever. I hope I can book another spot before summer is over.

I can't say enough about Coastal Acres. My husband and I stayed there twice this year! We have been camping at Coastal Acres for 30 years and it just keeps getting better! The staff especially Ana, is great! They are always there to make your stay a great experience. They even make our dog happy by always having a treat for him when they see him. We had an issue with our awning as we were moving to a different spot. Barb, a staff member, came over and asked if we needed help trying to get it rolled in. She immediately called Rob, who came over and kindly gave us a hand getting it taken care of. We will be going back next year to stay at Coastal Acres and hopefully many years to come. Thank you to all of the staff for making our stay with you great!

Fantastic little RV park right near the heart of P-town. About a 10 min walk from Commerce St, which may seem far BUT the park is extremely quiet at night, and if you have a bike it's a quick, flat ride. So you can experience the liveliness of Commerce St then retreat to your quiet RV camp any time you need a break.

Update on my review per Coastal Acres’ response: My review is not “unwarranted,” what’s unwarranted is your response to some criticism based on our experiences. First impressions are what make or break a business. Our family and friends were highly interested in staying here, but unfortunately with the way we were treated upon inquiry on multiple occasions, this has turned us off. To clarify, the website has very few photos of the campground, the grounds, the sites, how close sites are together, etc. and it would be most helpful to have the opportunity to check this out in person. With COVID still being very active in this community, we felt it was safest to be able to stay in our cars and simply do a short drive through of the grounds. Unfortunately we will not be interested in staying here given the response we have received on multiple occasions. Perhaps next time you will be more open to some constructive criticism rather than diminishing our experience. Tried to get into the campground several times to scope it out, as it seemed like a prime location and somewhere we might want to stay. A group of us camp in the Cape every year and we are always looking to expand where we stay. Every time we stopped by to check the place out, we were turned away by staff. Staff told us to visit their website, however we really were hoping to see the campground and what they have to offer in person before committing to a 2-3 week stay. It is disappointing that we can’t simply look around at the grounds.
