My husband and I stayed here for about a week in July in a Class C Motorhome with no tow vehicle. The park is quiet and peaceful and the office staff are friendly. The RV park has great amenities and we enjoyed using the fitness room, the indoor pool and the large lounge area. Post Falls is such a cute little town and we were there for the annual Post Falls Festival. We also made it to the parade and the car show which was a lot of fun. We would definitely stay here again if back in the area.

The space was level. We had to maneuver our fifth wheel close to the edge to avoid the tree otherwise the slide would not have fit. We could not put the awning all the way out because it hit the tree on the other side. The area was well maintained except they need to trim the trees. Could not use the amenities like the pool because it closed at 5pm. Lots of full time residents which is fine but they had more than one vehicle which made it hard at times to negotiate. We will not be returning.

We stayed in this park from May 1 until July 30th and have nothing negative to say. The shower house is always clean,hot water and spacious. The laundry room and appliances are clean and all in working order. The maintenance team is always out and about working to make this place look great. The manager Tabby,Brittany and the other ladies in the office are always so friendly and happy to help. We appreciated this place to land while we were moving out of state. 5*

Had an issue with the neighbor next to us. Alot of long term renters which wasn't a problem. Park was quiet at night. Park was closed and not disclosed to us, small sites. Pool was nice.

Pros: nice laundry, friendly staff, shady, level, and decently wide spots Cons: virtually no Internet connection even at the office. This park is about 50% full-time residents but no issue with that as everything was clean and neat. I would stay here again.

I have friends who stay here and the owner is literally trapping cats (that have loving homes within the resort) and releasing them in random fields far away from the resort by the owners son. None have been found as of yet. These pet owners have paid the pet deposit and yet they are being trapped. If you have animals DO NOT stay here. The owner of the resorts family also live on the resort… so trash owner mixed with family? Probably not a good idea

I have friends that rent there every summer, but no more. The managers son gets to do anything he wants during quiet hours. As well has the fact that she is not tacking people's cats and dumping them in the middle of nowhere

The owners of this resort are very unprofessional and childish. They are taking the neighborhood cats knowing that they belong to their residents and taking them miles away from their homes dumping them in the middle of nowhere and charging the owners an animal fee for no reason. Do not feed into this horrible place I do not recommend even trying to stay for a visit. The owners are horrible people when it comes to fur babies.

Our third time visiting! Felt quite safe there. Convenient location. Nice, indoor pool and hot tub. (Didn't use) Clean laundry rooms and bathrooms. Paved sites, most have at least some shade. Sites are fairly close together, small dog park, but lots of open space elsewhere to exercise the dog. Traffic noise! The majority of that dies down at night. We'll definitely be back!

Stayed here 2 nights in Sept '21 and it was fine. Corners can be a little tight for longer RVs. They like to place large boulders around corners and the ends of the sites. Kind of strange to have a RV park in the middle of town. Walmart up the street with gas and diesel. Probably will stay there again.

Close to all shopping, easy access on and off freeway, friendly staff, easy place to bring RV for parking whether it be for short or long period of time. Also have laundry facility.

I used to live in the area and this was a premium rv park. Unfortunately it has become a run down “trailer” park, with people living here year round and no restrictions on what your area looks like. Grounds aren’t being kept up, one of the hot tubs was taken out and filled with concrete. They close the laundry area in the middle of the day for cleaning (?). This should be done early in the am or late at night when not in use. It’s a shame, this used to be such a nice place to stay.
