Not large family friendly , but if your friends with the girls in the front office- you can have a large party with some campers till 3am in the morning , 6 hours well past quiet time! They seem to make their own rules as they go! I loved this place 25 years ago when my son’s were little, but they pick and choose who gets away with what! Don’t waste your money, cause they refuse to refund if they decide they don’t like you anymore! WARNING/ pick a smaller campground that IS FAMILY FRIENDLY!

Been on the road for the past 4 years. No camp ground has been more Unaccommodating than this one. No mail delivery, no amazon, no UPS, no FedEx. No mailbox for out going mail. We arrived to out site and it was covered with leaves sticks and garbage. On top of that the actual site had hundreds of ant hills that eventually got into our camper. They told us we need to maintain the spot, ok, but at least give it to us clean. They shut off water during the middle of the day, no heads up, no memo, no note on the door, NOTHING. No one is ever at the office. Even when there they pass everything on and say we must speak with "The Management" Im pretty sure the woman in the office who always said that and her husband own the place. They allow political signs and flags. They do not recycle, everything goes into the dumpster. No desire to ever go back here. The people around our site were very nice. Most people who stay there for the summer live no more than a 30 minutes away. This camp site was the worst we stayed at in 4 years!

Coldbrook has been my second home for 9 years now and I love it here. It has become a second family. As you walk, bike or golf cart around the park, everyone is always friendly and saying hello or striking up conversation (even the furry friends)! Great bands, food trucks, potlucks and activities/ events for all ages. Even in the rain we all find a way to make it fun. Staff is great and they work hard to make it enjoyable for everyone. It’s camping and it’s all about having fun!

Been coming here for 10 seasons and Hats off to Teri and Steve good people very helpful..respond very quickly with any issues great managers and sad to have another season come to an end but looking forward to 2022 lots of things to do or just kick back an relax alot of good campers here One big happy family!

We have been camping here as seasonals for 5 or 6 years. We absolutely love it here and the last two years with Steve and Terri Harrington have been the best ever. We stay here almost everyday and go to work from here. There is so much to do on weekends! We have lots of bands on Saturday nights and Terri has a lot of activities for the kids. The campground is beautiful and Steve works so hard to keep everything working and fix anything as soon as possible. The sites are great sized and I love that it is rustic and family oriented. The people who camp here are friendly and we really enjoy the family atmosphere. We have made many friends through the years and leaving at the end of the season makes me sad.

I'm not sure why they call this a resort because it is not a resort they have nothing going on during the week for anyone to do that draws them in. There is nothing for kids to do this is mainly for adults there's lots of gambling lots of drinking yes there is a pool but there's no lifeguard at that pool there's no game room for kids to play in but it doesn't matter because kids are not allowed by themselves until they're 18 years old which to me makes no sense. As a kid I used to always be out riding my bike having fun enjoying the camp life away from my parents with my friends but not here they have a playground for young kids but nothing for young adults or adolescents. They have a food truck that used to be in the campground but now all of a sudden it is no longer allowed in the park not sure why that was the one upside to the place. There is no features in this place that states resort, the roads are not taken care of there's no lights and they do not offer any amenities that normal places that consider themselves resorts have but yet they charge resort prices unexpected right away. Definitely a nice place if it's just a campground but it is not a camp resort that is for sure.

Nice quiet place with plenty of things to do. Heated pool, fishing and lots of games and events. Live music on weekends. Pet friendly small playground and other things for children. They have cable included internet for a price, daily weekly or monthly . We pay $180 for six months. Washer and dryer on premises. Can have a golf cart electric only. The staff is wonderful and always available
