The park itself is beautiful, it has great views, amenities and is clean for the most part. It is right on the highway so there is some road noise especially if you’re in the front area of the park. The roads are all pea gravel, so not bike or scooter friendly. The spots are fairly level and have all the hook up you need, though most are right on top of each other and you’re basically in your neighbors camp site when you dump or need to go to that side of your camper. Pretty awkward dumping when your neighbors are sitting outside trying to relax and enjoy camping. So with all that said… again is a beautiful place, but the staff are NOT friendly at all!!! It started at check in and never got better! No need to go into details, but the staff is rude, not helpful and not friendly. The bathrooms are mostly clean, even though it says they are cleaned on regular basis daily, we stayed for a week and both were completely out of hand soap the entire time and the floors were not very clean, which it’s only really a problem if you want/need to shower. We spoke to several other people staying in the park and everyone felt exactly the same way about the staff being very unfriendly. Unless we find out the staff members fix their bad attitudes, we’ll never be back.

Great location, wonderful pool on hot summer days. RV sites are level and many are pull-thru. Staff is friendly and helpful. On Friday they sell pizza and bring it to your RV (nice touch). Worth the stop. They have some staples in the shop and ice cream but it’s a bit far to a local market so be sure you stock before hand.

I simply cannot say enough about the great experience we had at this KOA. The facilities were top notch; small store with basic staples and RV basics, showers, laundry, pool, rec room, playground for kids, dog wash station, fenced dog area. The campsites were nicely landscaped and very level with full hookups. There are varied amenities depending on which spot you select - fire pits, gas grills, covered seating areas, tables and chairs, and fenced dog kennels should you need them for your furry friends. Plus there are some spectacular cliffs behind the campground that are nicely lit at night. My husband and a group of friends took a trail from the camp to the KOA’s private area on the river and fished! And needless to say, they also had a fish cleaning station! This place was very clean and well maintained and the staff super amenable and helpful. I know we will be back for another “glamping” experience here and highly recommend them.

This campground is exceptionally well-maintained, spotlessly clean, and set in a truly stunning location. The owners go above and beyond to be welcoming and accommodating. For me, this isn’t just a stop along the way—it’s a destination in itself. The birdwatching is amazing, especially the geese that nest in the cliffs overlooking the grounds.

Our stay at COLEVILLE / WALKER KOA was wonderful. We have stayed at other KOA campgrounds throughout the country and this one exceeded our expectations on many levels. The entrance signs are very visible along with all the other signs for parking at check-in and throughout the park. Walking into the office I was greeted by a friendly smile and all the details for checking in to our RV site. They made it easy to navigate to our site and made sure we were good with setting up. Walking throughout the park we were thoroughly impressed with the level of detail taken from the superior clean conditions, plenty of signs, meticulously maintained gravel for your RV, level sites, just the right number of lights at night and the list goes on and on. We felt very safe and comfortable during our stay. The owners take pride of all aspects to ensuring the park is at peak performance. We stayed 6 nights and just in that short amount of time they made several improvements for the safety of the guests thus making an even more enjoyable stay. The K9 park is ideal for letting your pup run around and burn some energy off. The cliffs are beautifully lit up at night. Everyone working there was friendly and helpful. There were ample communications prior to check in and during our stay. We are looking forward to staying here again!!
