Nice and spacious park and campground. Plenty of family friendly recreation and very nice and new campground facilities. Volleyball court, fishing, beach, and playground.

Miles of walking/hiking to be had. If there's been any recent moisture, wear shoes you don't mind getting *extremely* muddy. (Lots of clay on most of the trails. Nice playground/picnic facilities, but don't swim in the lake unless you like algae bloom on/in your skin. 🧟♂️🤢

Numbered sites are tree's, but questionable for larger units, there are a few pull through sites. Alphabet sites are great for large units, but no trees. Bathroom hot water is like warm. Lake is green late in the season and I would not swim in it. Not sure the lake quality earlier.
