We drove in but left quickly. Lots of long-term residents, sites were close together.

Wonderful place! Clean, close to everything and staff was so nice. Beautiful setting and a rare gem. Our 3 days went too fast!

I stayed in the RV Park here in my motorhome for 4 months. Erin and Randy are absolutely the best and very helpful. The facilities here are amazing, and always so clean and fresh. Beautiful property right on the Colorado. Only knock, is iffy wi-fi, but otherwise this property is perfect. Tenants are all kind, and return each year, which I think says a lot! This place is amazing, I will definitely stay again.

WiFi does not work. Fitness center equipment is broken and crowded. Laundry requires quarters but does not have a coin exchange. The wind in Bullhead is out of control. The consistently windiest place I’ve been. Ruins the 75 degree weather for me. Dog was off leash for 5 seconds when I opened the trailer door before leashing him and I got a text from management about it. But still a great place to stay. Management was kind overall. The location on the river was lovely and fun to walk down to each day. Kids loved it. You’re close to amenities. The cobblestone was a nice touch. My weight distribution hitch scratched curb driving out so be advised

First impressions had me worried. The spots are a little tight and we had to level quite a bit. But, we were put in a spot that had shade most of the day. It is a little noisy at night from the main road. The spot on the river for swimming and hanging out makes this place awesome! It’s got a nice clean spot in the water and it’s pretty shady. The pool is sweet too! The bathrooms are clean and everyone is really nice! If we come back through this way, we’ll definitely stay again!

We loved this RV Resort ❤. Friendly staff, very clean clubhouse, laundry room and showers/restrooms. Nice and quiet and the walk down to the river side is beautiful 😍

We were a little nervous staying at this rv park since we are 45ft long with a tow car and it looks and is on the small size. The lady who took my reservation assured me they could handle a big rig and she was correct. We arrived and all went well. The lady at the front desk was polite and efficient. We were not asked to do anything out of the normal expected in an RV park. We stayed a total of 5 nights and found the park well maintained and quiet. The walk down to the river area is beautiful and peaceful. Bullhead City itself is nothing but a long series of strip malls but Laughlin is just across the river and Lake Havasu about 60 miles to the south. The RV park had nice hookups with strong electric. We always entered and exited the "in" side driveway to avert a large hump over the crosswalk which could cause you to drag on the exit side. The park is in the process of a major expansion and when completed will be the nicest rv park in town. We did not use the bathroom or laundry facilities so cannot rate them. We were at the park in February and most of the people there were older retirees which only added to the quietness.

Sounds like this place has a big management issue. We were going to book and stay but after reading the reviews we decided not to. Sad that a business allows a manager to run off good customers.
