This is a very, very nice RV park. However, I wish they would extend the dates for the pool usage beyond Labor Day. It is still hot to warm in this area through mid to the end of October. We arrived after Labor Day and we're really disappointed that the pool was not available and it was an over 80° day.

This is a Beautiful RV park. The street noise from the trucks, trains and cars was atrocious. It really made it hard to sleep at night. If you are a light sleeper than this isn't the place for you. Alot of full timers at this park have taken up alot of the good spots that are farther away from the main road with all the traffic with alot of the road noise. This park will want you to reserve a camp spot for $35 dollars. So if you dont reserve a spot you will get parked by the road with all the truck traffic. Check in early for $10. Check out at is at 12 o'clock. But if you need more time to check out for a fee of $10. We won't be staying here again.

This RV park is easily accessed, clean, well maintained, and the staff is organized and on top of things. Their WiFi is extremely good, and spots are well marked and maintained. This is our go to park for both a pass through on trips south as well as a destination to enjoy the golf courses in the area.

This place has it all! Incredibly impressed with all the amenities, I don't think there's anything they don't have. They even left the pool open an extra week to accommodate my kids. Very clean and well kept! Staff are so helpful and friendly, was genuinely sad to leave. Highly recommend!

We recently stayed at this RV park and overall, it really is a lovely place. The grounds are clean and well-kept, the environment is peaceful, and the setting is beautiful. Unfortunately, our experience was soured by a negative interaction with who I assume is the park host. We had been rushing around all day for a graduation and were coming back to camp to get ready — still moving quickly and probably not paying close enough attention to our speed. I understand the importance of following the posted limits, especially in a park setting, but the way we were approached was completely unnecessary. The park host came speeding up to us in his golf cart — clearly going much faster than the posted limit himself — just to accuse us of speeding. He was rude, abrupt, and acted as if we were repeat offenders, though this was the first and only interaction with him. We value safety and always try to be respectful in shared spaces like this, but a little kindness and clear communication would have gone a long way. That interaction definitely left a bad taste in our mouths.

Very nice, clean, safe grounds. However, for the premium rates I was expecting an operational pool and hot-tub which were inexplicably closed. Grounds staff were absolutely great and would stay here again for sure.

I would like to thank Columbia Sun RV Resort for being so patient with us when we had trouble getting there. It is a very beautiful place And we always enjoy our stay. We only have one concern, as a veteran I have a hard time looking at the tattered American Flag.

Very nice and well maintained RV Park. Playground for the kids, dog park, nice small store, swimming pool, game and exercise rooms and nice private restrooms with showers. We'll definitely go again 🙂

Constant road noise and a few close trains passing added in. Not to mention a parking lot across the street loaded with refrigerator trailers. RUNNING. All day and all night. From what I can tell almost 80% of this park are full timers and not very sociable. It’s the end of March so the pool is closed. Those of you saying this is like a cruise ship with its “resort amenities” have obviously never been on a real cruise ship. Any Koa has the same amenities. It’s clean. It’s a place to leave your coach while you explore. Not much more than that

Am a full-time RV family of 4. Best park we have ever stayed at. Been here almost a year now and absolutely love it here! The staff are so kind and welcoming. Any problems that arise they are quick to handle it. The maintenance crew keep this place looking great all year round and even if they are super busy they won't hesitate to stop what they are doing to assist someone. This was our first winter here and though it was an adjustment, we managed to do alright. Following simple instructions with the heated water hose and if we weren't going to be here a few days to shut off the hydrant, we didn't freeze pipes at all. I highly recommend this park to everyone!
