This was perfect for our visit back to Portland to visit friends & family in the Coastal Bend region. Concrete pads, great grill stations throughout the park, huge laundry room, computer room with 4 computers. Park was built mainly for workers at the several new industrial plants.

It was a very nice park. Tanya was wonderful dealing with my request to move my son who was going to be there one week. Twice I asked her to move him. Last space was right next to us. I guess we really aren't beach people even though I grew up in Huntington Beach, Ca. We just prefer a more nature space. Which I know the park is fairly new. We left early so we could come to where we could get our slide outs fixed.

The RV Park was very clean. They had a lot of lights so I could walk my dog safely late at night.They also had a lot of dog poo bag dispensers with trash cans. The trash cans were emptied frequently. The sites are large & paved. They have a nice activity room with a pool table & a large flat screen tv. The laundry room was clean with a large flat screen tv.
