This is a tough review as there are some REALLY good things about the park and really bad things. Good: The park has a lot of things for kids to do and is very secure. So you can let your kids be kids and run around with their friends. Great pool and activities. Bad: Nasty bathrooms and half don't work. DO NOT come before noon. They will not let you in and noone will be at the front gate. We never did get into the office as it was closed. Poorly run. For those wanting a quieter campsite, go to Winthrop. Very well managed and quiet there, but if you want a place for your kids to run around with their friends, this is a fun noisy place for them. Just be aware of the bathroom conditions. Showers and toilets are in terrible condition.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This was one of the worst campground experiences I’ve ever had. The bathrooms were absolutely filthy — not just once, but consistently dirty for days. It was clear no regular cleaning was being done. Toilet paper was often missing, and the smell was unbearable. The entire site was poorly organized. Check-in was chaotic, signage was confusing, and it felt like no one was really in charge. To make matters worse, the staff was shockingly rude — dismissive when asked simple questions and outright unhelpful when we raised concerns about the bathroom conditions. Camping should be a relaxing experience, but this place made it stressful and uncomfortable from start to finish. I would not recommend this campground to anyone. Spend your money somewhere that values cleanliness and basic customer service.

We stayed in yurt 2 -3 nights Pros 1.pool/ hot tub/ small pool for babies 2. Bounce 3. Golf 4. Lots of activities/events for kids 5. Yurts are big and lots of outside room 6. The yurt mattress were fine 7. The yurt have heaters and a small fan. (There is a Big Fan at the top of the yurt) 6. The yurts are right next to the kid park 7. Very clean and well maintained outside areas 8. Felt safe walking around and having kids go to the playgrounds 9. Staff was friendly 10. Dog off leash park 11. Dog bag locations always fully stocked 12. Secluded and lots of shade in tent/motor home sites. I suggest 60s for tent sites. Cons 1. First night we got there the bathrooms had no soap and some stalls had no toilet paper. After that it was fully stocked the rest of the time. 2. Kids blanket got a rat trap from the floor. We didn’t realize behind the bunk there was a sticky rat trap. So no over hanging or move those! 3. Pool size is definitely small, so you have to be more careful when there is a lot of ppl in it

This park was large and beautiful. There was plenty of room between sites and, since we visited during the week, there were very few other campers. The playground was great, the showers were good, the laundry room was good. Everyone was friendly. Easy access to North Cascades National Park, about an hour away. Would stay here again without thinking twice.

Great campground. They have a pool and hot tub open seasonally. Jumping pillow and playground for the kids. Lots of open grass space for fun activities and games. Fenced dog park area. Store with snacks, basic needs, ice, and firewood. Planned activities on the weekends. Grandy Creek borders the campground on the west side, making for a nice spot to cool off your feet or let the dogs play in the water. Staff is friendly and helpful. Birdsview Diner is across the highway with amazing milkshakes and food.

The campground sits next to what I only imagine can be a motorbike park or training facility. We've only been here since 1pm and the revving of the dirt bike engines has been CONSTANT all afternoon and evening. Like, incessant, unending. It has not stopped at all. This is worse than road traffic or screaming children. It's a nightmare. I feel like I'm being waterboarded with engine noise. I'm forced to sit in my camper, with ear plugs in, to find solitude at 8:30pm in the dark. No relief available.

The good: lots of big trees. Level pads. Amenities. Friendly staff. Close to Cement, Wa for great pizza and milk shakes. Cheap gas on the corner. Make sure you ask for a shade or sunny spot that you prefer. The bad: sites need grooming a bit. Our fire pit was too small. A bit pricy for not being summer. Overall recommend.

Have stayed in koa’s up and down the west coast and this is one of the best, excellent amenities, very spacious lots to do for kids dogs and adults alike. We will definitely be returning to this hidden gem!

Unfortunately I can no longer recommend this establishment to my friends family or even the general public! The employees that now run this establishment in my opinion have completely destroyed it they treat our local Town people extremely rude !! My only hope is that the owner of this establishment would consider changing employees and management in the last ditch attempt to save what used to be such a wonderful place 😞

Great place for kids to run amok! We stayed Father's day weekend. They had fun water games for the kids.
