It is a nice place,naturewis,but the picnic tables need attention( cleaning). The restroom is basically an outhouse. You do not flush the toilet. Your Pooh goes down a hole like it would in an out house. People should really watch their kids here ,as that could be dangerous. No sinks in the bathroom. You do have hand sanitizer or you can go to the hydrant in back and wash your hands. The pond and the scenery are beautiful.

I love this campground! Had no problem finding a spot at 2am. Walking distance to bathroom and shower. Not crowded, dog friendly. BEAUTIFUL! Trails and several other ponds in walking distance

My husband and I and my family attend this campground quite often every year. We usually try to stay in loop D where Dave Marcotte Is the campground host on loop D right now. Today is May 22, 2026. We really enjoy the scenery here and also the hiking in the bike riding in the fishing. Used to it didn’t have cell Service, But now it has pretty decent cell service and also Internet on your phone. The pond because of the drought are getting very low, but it’s still a very nice place to stay. Dave is a very thoughtful Camp host. He make sure that we know about the rules so that we do not get in trouble. I really appreciate that because he keeps us out of trouble. also, we like the campsites they have plenty of shade and trees, which is very nice when it’s hot outside. I would definitely recommend this campground. We do stay in the camper, not in a tent, But you could also stay in a tent if you’d like

Open pond is a nice, quite campground. Water levels on the pond were low, but the campground can't help that. Two bath houses, the larger one near sites 18,19 and 20 are best if you need something close. Bath houses need more attention from the host, as we were there 3 days and never saw one. Overall a nice fcfs campground.
