Great place because its near the walking area in a high end community. The residents have been there for like 20-30 years. It looks super run down but haven’t had an issue. Giving 5 stars just for location and safety ive experienced. Like literally old mobile homes and rundown ones and a few nice ones too

Unsecured electric boxes and very poor management. No management to be more precise. Abandoned trailers with squatters. Stray cats everywhere, the water is terrible, and drugs are everywhere. Management promotes filth and thievery.
