âď¸âď¸âď¸âď¸âď¸ I had a wonderful stay at little house 265. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The atmosphere was welcoming from the moment we arrived. What really stood out to me was Kim she was attentive, professional and went above and beyond to make sure every guest felt valued. Itâs clear that great leadership reflects in the overall service and hospitality here. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great experience. Thank you Kim

A special thank you to the staff at the park Cheryl and Scott, they saved my vacation. We stayed in a tiny home there in the park and the rental company agent Ashley Wolfe would not give me the time of day after I rented from her. There was water leakage in the first unit and I called her several times and texted her and she never replied. Cheryl made the executive decision to move us to a different tiny home. The camp and staff are great! Just avoid the tiny homes

A mixture of feedback on the resort. First & foremost, their activities director, Holly is in a league of her own. Sheâs so incredibly friendly, engaging, present and is really great at drawing people together with a large variety of interests. At most campgrounds, youâll either stay to yourself, or âpossiblyâ make friendships with maybe one or two other people. At our recent stay, we met MANY good people and established several good friendships in our month-long stay. This occurred in large part due to the tireless work of Holly in helping get people together. I understand sheâs recently stepped down from her position there and I wish the best for her in the future. I can only hope she has multiple campgrounds & resorts vying for her services. Most of the staff at Copano Bay were very friendly and helpful. Well done! The downside in my opinion is the facilities and upkeep. Mowing grass so low it loses its greenness, trimming around edges, but missing patches here and there, not blowing all the grass clippings off of the concrete, not trimming grass in areas where thereâs standing water, and speaking of which, that area of standing water was there the whole month we were there. It was directly behind our site and 2 or 3 others. In talking with the maintenance guy, he said he was confident it didnât involve any sort of water leak, saying itâs âa ditch,â though itâs really more of a mildly low lying area, and given that we hardly had any rain while there, how could a ditch constantly retain water? He tried to make an assumption it could possibly be runoff from the adjoining KOA campground, but there didnât appear to be nearby campsites close to our area. And lastly, there are multiple sections of crumbling and collapsed sections of concrete on interior roads. I was told by other guests those areas were like that this time last year. I understand the resort is now under new ownership and hopefully, theyâll address all these issues. Especially with the new $1/day facilities fee theyâre charging guests.

Booked Copano 8 month ahead for a price of $555 per month. We got there in Jan 8 2025. When we got there they added an amenity fee of $1.00 per day for some reason. When checking in the price went up to $575. We were not happy. Most of the activities during the week they canceled the only thing that was going was the Saturday breakfast which was very nice. I was told by the gentleman that put on the breakfast that the New Owners will not let them do it anymore so now thatâs done also. We decide to leave because the sites were tight. I mean very tight. When the slides were open you had maybe 4 feet to the next campers slide. We didnât care for that and when you park you car in your site you have an area maybe 4x10 as your patio. When asking about our bill they somehow slipped and added $140 to it which we did get back and they said they didnât see the mistake. We did opt for the premium site which was more but the neighbor right next to us closer to the water got the site for $475. And not charger the amenity fees. So be careful on your bill. We did move across the fence to the KOA since the sites were way bigger and no extra charges. Actually there is 10-14 of us that moved here beginning of February. I will never go back to Copano Bay. Also the heated pool was not heated unless the sun was out.

I love this place. We bring our RV down to Rockport quite a bit, as we love it down here. We've tried a few other places and this is by far our favorite. The staff here is incredibly helpful and super nice. The location is extremely convenient, but also far enough out to feel like you're not "in the middle of it all." I like to try new places and never go to the same place twice, as a general rule. However, Copano Bay RV Resort is an exception. It's so comfortable and friendly, I'm not sure why we'd try anywhere else!!

We had a wonderful experience at Copano Bay RV resort. Resort was beautiful, and well maintained. Mr. Clinton was friendly and very helpful. He was always on the go making sure the grounds were clean and guests we happy. The resort is family friendly and they even have an area for pets. We made use of their heated swimming pool, hammocks, and kids playground area. They also have a nice fishing pier, where my husband caught a flounder. Pay them a visit soon! We definitely will be returning!!

We have enjoyed our stays here, and will continue to return. It has been well kept up and saw new additions to the park on our stay during spring break. The staff is just a pleasure to work with, they called while we were in route to check on our et and Dale was waiting for us at the gate and got us parked in our spot. Hope to return in October.

This is our first year here but 4th park we have been to. Itâs great, large RV sites. We have a 43 foot RV and we have plenty of room. Everyone that works here are great very helpful and hard workers. The place is very clean and they offer many activities to do. They have a gym and also bikes for guests to use. I definitely recommend this place. We are in the water and sunsets here are amazing !!!
