Overpriced for what you get. Sites are very small, no parking for vehicles or boats. Maintenance is lacking in all areas. One rain storm and the place turns into a mud pit. Try to leave early and they'll tell you no refunds. Sad excuse for a resort. No on site management, just a guy on a phone you get to talk to. Never coming back.

Copper John’s RV Park is hands down one of the best RV parks we’ve ever stayed at. Nestled right along the banks of the White River in Lakeview—just minutes from Bull Shoals Dam—the setting is absolutely beautiful and peaceful. The riverfront access is unbeatable, whether you’re there to fish, relax, or just soak in the natural beauty. The RV spaces are spacious, level, and thoughtfully laid out, with plenty of room to breathe. No tight squeezing in here—each site gives you the elbow room to really enjoy your stay. Everything is immaculately maintained—the grounds are clean and tidy, the landscaping is lovely, and the facilities are clearly cared for with pride. The bathhouses and showers are regularly cleaned and well kept, and the on-site amenities like picnic tables, fire pits, and riverfront seating areas make it feel more like a resort than a typical RV park. You can tell that the owners put a lot of heart into the place. We especially love the easy access to world-class trout fishing and the calm, friendly vibe of the whole park. Whether you’re there for a weekend getaway or an extended stay, this place is a perfect home base for exploring the White River and Ozark Mountains. Highly recommended for your spring, summer or anytime getaway!

Copper John's RV Park is by far the best experience I have had at an RV park. The new owners have worked tirelessly to make improvements to the resort and it is well-maintained. Check-in was easy and the resort owner made sure my stay was very comfortable, even sending out an electrician when I lost power to the inverter in my RV. Everyone I encountered at the resort was very friendly and it felt like a small community. The RV sites are extra large with plenty of room for a big rig and your boat. The views of the river are amazing and it's really quiet at night. I had the privilege of experiencing the resort during all 4 seasons and it never loses its beauty. I highly recommend Copper John's Resort!

Our camp site was perfect for space and convenience to the restrooms. There was a place to walk my dog. It was very clean.

NEWOWNERS Careful!!! NOT THE SAME AS WHEN RYAN AND LIBBY RAN THE PLACE. Lovely place to visit but not to stay over night. There's better places to stay at and less expensive. New owners don't know the area well and are rude and dont appreciate the employees work ethic.
