Corbin / Laurel Lake KOA Journey

Setting up camp at the Corbin/Laurel Lake KOA is hassle-free, thanks to big-rig friendly Pull-Thru RV Sites. This is the KOA closest to pristine Laurel Lake and Cumberland Falls State Resort Park (known as the Niagara of the South), where you can view the famous "Moonbow." Visit the Harland Sanders Cafe and Museum, Big South Fork Scenic Railway in Sterns and Daniel Boone Country and Cumberland Gap National Historical Park, where Daniel Boone cut his way west in 1769. Enjoy nearby water rafting, horseback riding, hiking and canoeing. At camp, enjoy the shade trees, swim in the pool, take a half-mile hike to Laurel Lake or a 2-mile drive to a public access boat ramp. Free high speed WiFi. For after-hours registration, use KOA's outdoor booth. PLEASE CALL FOR DIRECTIONS AS GPS IS SOMETIMES INACCURATE. This is one of the best KOA's ever. The owners and staff are so pleasant and welcoming and helpful!! Due to an injury, we extended twice, and they made accommodations for us even though it was Halloween weekend. We have stayed here before, and the new owners are making great improvements. We will definitely be back.

I recently rented 2 cabins and an RV site for a long weekend at Corbin/Laurel Lake KOA. I cannot say enough about this beautiful little campground and its amazing staff. Prior to the trip we had to modify dates several and each time I spoke to John he was friendly and helpful. The cabins were very comfortable and spotless. The RV site was spacious, level and well maintained. The campground is beautifully decorated with pumpkins and mums and was perfect. Our grandkids loved the playground and corn pit which included dump trucks snd diggers! The bathrooms were spotless with hot showers. The washers and dryers were THE BEST I’ve ever seen at a campground. They even have a dog wash! But the very best part of this campground is the staff. Each and every one is pleasant and helpful and friendly starting with John! Thank you for providing a place to have a wonderful family getaway.

Great place with awesome upgrades. Best KOA we have been to by far. The owner is really making this an awesome campground for family fun and ensuring they have great activities for the family every weekend! We did a great craft making our own succulent decor and it was amazing! We appreciate the great events they provide and the family fun! This was also our first Halloween event here and we had a blast! We won the 2nd 2025 Halloween site contest! Thank you all for a great weekend!

What a wonderful place to stay! Spent one night in one of the lovely cabins available. Staff were fantastic! Very friendly, welcoming and helpful! The park itself is beautiful, and a great location! Near the highway for easy travel but has a very off the grid feel to it despite that! Bathrooms and showers were excellent, shop was adorable. We especially enjoyed the dog park! My only complaint would be the gaps under the dog park gates, where little paws could possibly escape! Highly recommend this KOA!! Thanks for a fantastic stay! (JJ the kitty was also very welcoming!)

We were on our way home from Florida with the motorhome and stayed here. It was a really nice spot and the bathrooms were gorgeous. They were just redone and there were live plants in there. It was super homey probably one of the best bathrooms. I’ve been to in a long time. Had fresh beautiful flowers to at our sight too! loved it
