⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely loved our stay at this campground! The area is peaceful, clean, and beautifully maintained. The staff is super friendly and helpful — they go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. The sites are spacious, the restrooms and showers are spotless, and there’s plenty of room for kids or pets to enjoy. It has a marina, tenis court, basketball court, beach looking access to swin with the kiddos, plenty of parks. We especially loved sitting by the campfire under the stars — such a relaxing and cozy atmosphere. Perfect spot for a weekend getaway or family trip. Highly recommend! 🌲⛺️

Our family picnic was Awesome, the shelter #P001 was a great size,in a great location. The children loved the play area. We all throughly enjoyed ourselves being at this location at Defeated Creek for our family gathering. Would highly recommend this park as a great place to visit.

Beautiful spacious campsites, lakefront. Family friendly. Courteous staff. I do wish that wifi and cell service was better, but that can also be a good thing I suppose. Not enough bathhouses (nor are they large enough), and they can be quite a hike from many of the sites... shower stalls and dressing areas stand in water throughout the day and need new curtains. No camp store, and the marina store is lacking inventory. Pontoon rental boats at marina are expensive and boat upholstery is in very ROUGH condition.

Spent a glorious week at Defeated Creek! The weather was perfect, the site was gorgeous, and the hosts were so friendly and helpful during our stay! I know people complained about the lack of cell service but, it forced us to "unplug" and enjoy each other's company and interact with other campers. This was the most perfect experience I have ever had at ANY public campground! I cannot recommend it enough!

We held our annual family reunion there on Saturday and had a great time. The parking is spacious. The shelter was awesome, and the restrooms were very close by. The children were able to go down and swim in the water and had such a great time
