This campground is amazing, its absolutely manicured and very clean. A great playground for children and pool area. I highly recommend staying here, I write a lot of reviews because I read reviews to decide where to go.

My family of 4 were on a road trip and stayed here for one night. It is close to route 70 which was helpful. Although during the night we could hear the traffic. The space for each campsite is pretty decent, we managed to fit a tent and two hammocks. The campsites are quite close to eachother which didn't give us a lot of privacy. Everyone was very friendly and respectful of the spaces even though they were close. There were a lot of RV campers parked which during the night their air-conditioners could be heard. The bathrooms were clean and there are plenty of showers. For entertainment and kids there were many options. There was a playground for small kids as well as a large tube jungle which is accessable to both children and adults. They also have a life-sized chess board and pieces, a pool, frizbee golf net, a pond, and some other similar small playground items. The price was very reasonable as well, especially considering all the bonus activities available.

We have been visiting Cornerstone Campground and Retreat for many years. Every year we find wonderful improvements to the beautifully maintained campground. The staff is super friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay special. We can take part in the fun activities or take a quiet nap outside under the shade of a beautiful tree. Our stay was very relaxing and enjoyable.

We arrived after 10pm and cheerfully greeted by Cyndee. She was very welcoming and showed up to our site, even helped assist parking in the dark. Originally we were going to be in overflow due to late notice but upon arrival, she and her husband let us know someone didn’t show and offered us a full hook up site. Upon sunrise, our kids enjoyed fishing, the huge play area, and the abundance of welcoming families. Although we were only there over night as we passed through, it was obvious they built such a welcoming resort with everything you could imagine for a memorable stay (including fresh food and coffee on site). I highly recommend staying here.

If I could give six stars, I would! Exceptionally nice hosts, plenty of grassy areas to walk dogs, good pizza. Gravel site was unlevel, but we were able to level the trailer with blocks. Restroom/showers were clean and water temperature was comfortable. Laundry was clean and operational: 3 washers, 3 dryers. Great value. We joined them for non-denominational church service on Sunday and it was really great. Definitely would recommend Cornerstone.
