This isn't a hotel. It's a campground/RV park with some mobile homes. The manager/owner was very sweet and accommodating for our length and needs. Their sites are gravel and pretty level. They had full hookups and a few with just electric for overnighters. Their phones and wifi were out of order when we tried to get a reservation, so we just drove on in and they had room for us. We didn't use any off the facilities, but the park was very clean. We would stay here again and recommend it to others.

After driving for over 11 hours from Missouri we were thrilled to find this park. Prices are fair. Nobody was around to check in, they had a map taped to the door with a drop box. We pulled into an all gravel site so it was pretty level. Wish they would have had a picnic table to chill outside an eat on. That’s the only thing that was missing.

First time customers. Location is convenient and easy to access. Grounds were clean and well maintained. About three quarters of the sites seem to be long term residents. Sites are level, gravel pads, but are very close together. Utilities worked as expected. We did not use the WiFi. Employee who checked us in, was very friendly and helpful. Note, location is very close to active train tracks that are quite loud when passing through. Fortunately, there were only three or four trains during the night, but you may need earplugs or a noise maker, if you are a light sleeper. Overall, an ok stop over, if you are passing through.

This is a great little rv park for an overnight stay as you travel through TX. Very quiet at night for a peaceful sleep, even on a Saturday night. Transient traveler area very clean and well thought out. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Will absolutely stay again when we travel this way. Great value for a fhu stay for the night.
