Small park that was good for an overnight stop. The site was long and level gravel with FHU. The traffic noise from 114 wasn't terrible but you never forgot where you were.

Thats right im back here again this winter,Ill have to give David & this wonderfull Oasis a 6 Star rating,Im sorry it is somewhat of a well kept secret it seems among us Lifers out here on the road how darn nice this place is a easy going David Workman is our good ole Boy to Deal with as well

The Cotton Patch RV Park is a very lovely place to stay! It is very peaceful and has an all around good energy! The owners are also very kind and thoughtful.

The reason that's campground is getting 5 stars is for potential of the man who is the owner his name is David! Super nice guy and he is new to campground ownership. He likes suggestions on how to improve his park. All the people in the park are friendly and helpful so the old saying Birds of a a feather is so true. He wants to hire a work camper who can work with him to improve his park. So if your looking give him a call. Prices for full hook up site. Wow! $20 a night, 85 a week, and 30 amp service $300 a month! These prices include electricity. Wow! David the owner is an example of American work ethic doing his best alone to make his campground better than the rest! I would have love to help him but my husband says I'm not 50 your seventy. Oh darn it would have been so much fun to watch this campground become the best in the area!
