Well it was a little rough in the past but from what I understand the company's bought that one more the major ones around town and they're doing a lot of cleanup evictions vehicle towing mostly clean up filling up dumpster after dumpster for the last few weeks so all in all I would say it's getting better

This mobile home park could be so much better managed! Clean up all the abandoned trailers, trees, yards and would be decent place for people to live. Management does nothing, lady just sits in the office in Montrose, complaints are ignored

Horrible....sad that people have to live like that!!! Guess if the trailers were nicer and made to be kept clean and neat people would take better care of them. Although I didn't drive through the whole place,just most of it, I really only saw one place that was fairly neat with a couple of hanging baskets...horrible really.

I don't know call me krazy.thank but I have to say that this mobile home park is a home everyone for the majority of the residents all get along. Very kind people always willing to offer their help if you need it. Check it out and you see. Lot's of history in the grounds you walk upon ;)
