Really nice and scenic RV park that's tucked into the mountains. Surrounded by beautiful pines and an awesome stream filled with trout. I didn't get any phone service but my starlink speed was amazing. The owners are really nice and I always enjoyed sitting next to the river and enjoying the mountain air. Such a nice change from big corporate owned RV parks.

This place discriminates kids. I have friends that stay there and tell me they have spots available but every time I call and ask if they have anything long term available they ask how many people and pets and as soon as I say I have kids and one dog they tell me nothing is available.

Picturesque but sketchy cell service. The managers were not available midday on a Wednesday and they don't let vans fill their water here. There were hoses irrigating everywhere bur not a drop at any price for a poor RV to fill a 33 gal tank, i offered $20 We went to Idaho Springs RV Resort and it was $5.28 and the sweet Deana welcomed us. Don't look here for water or a favor.
