We have been here 2 winters now and truly love the peaceful environment, friendly people, and activities. The only draw back that we wish it had was a heated pool. It's been broke since before we got here in November and it's now March. At Bingo the caller say come on this isn't the Holiday Inn. We said darn straight, they have a heated pool!

My wife and I are first year snowbirds and have stayed at many communities from New Orleans to Florida and I have to say this community is by far the best experience so far. The place is very clean. The residents are all extremely friendly. It is the most quiet one yet. Being an rv, concrete pads for parking is really important & they are well maintained. The manager Lisa and her husband are extremely helpful and friendly. I can't say enough about our stay. We will be back.

This place is a hidden gem! Beautiful trees surrounded by breezy rolling hills in a nice country surrounding. Many shaded RV spots ( nearly impossible to find in any park.) Option to buy a lot and have a beautiful factory built home with RV port and utilities/golf cart shed. Fun activities most nights. Clean laundry facility and morr
