The nearby downtown area features local shops and diners that provide a taste of authentic Texas culture and hospitality for those exploring the area.

So we have been here for about 1 1/2 years. The place is very quiet and not very full so it's pretty private. The owner Larry is amazing he has become like family to us. If you are looking for a relaxing comfortable place to live this is definitely it. I added a couple of pictures I took 2 days ago but I do have more I just need to find them. In summary the place is safe for you and your children, it is very quiet and the owner who is also the manager lives onsite and is a really nice person and loves to talk. So have a cup of coffee and sit on the porch with him and he definitely has some great, enjoyable stories.

No pads for RV's. Some shady spots. Some semi-permanent residents. Park is clean and safe.
