I lived in this park from June 1st, 2002, until September 27th, 2025. Always paid the rent on time, never asked for much. The management were always kind and helpful. Until I moved out. My eyesight was getting bad. I had been having to use oxygen for a year and nine months. My daughter convinced my to move to Oregon so she could help me. My electric bill on the September rent was over $700.00. $500.00 of it was for the cost to deliver it to my one bedroom single wide trailer. After I was moved to Oregon, Carolyn for some reason began to tall people the reason my elactric bill was so high. That I had been growing marijuana. That was a total lie. It was high because of the $500.00 delivery charges. I never ever grew marijuana. I had always liked Carolyn and thought she was a good manager. I think that to justify the $700.00 electric bill she had blame me for something that would have been impossible for me to do. I'm 80 years old. I have COPD. And need oxygen. I certainly don't need marijuana. I had paid the rent without complaining. I was going to contact the power company to find why the delivery charges was so much. But moving to Oregon was a big move. And I had almost forgotten about it. I recently heard to hat Carolyn has begun to say that my daughter told her that I was growing and selling pot. If it's true that Carolyn said this ridiculous lie she has crossed a line. Carolyn recently ran out of her office yelling and cussing at a resident that had given notice that he was moving out. Inspire Property Management should take a close look into what's happening. The Visalia Country Manor Mobile Home, RV Park. Is going to be a Ghost town soon, with Carolyn as the manager. There's more I want to say about the over charging of my electric bills.but I'm going to talk to my daughter's attorneys first. The stress and worrying that this has become is too much for me to handle. So I'm turning it over to my Lord Jesus Christ. He said to give to those who ask you, and expect nothing in return. That He sees, and He will repay.. he also said, "that vengence is His. He'll take care of that, too.

If you need long term or temporary RV parking in Visalia, CA check out Country Manor. It’s a great mixed use park (RV’s and Mobile Homes) that is ran by a fabulous lady, Carolyn Zamudio. The park is clean and well maintained. Lots of trees and grass areas. Including a dog park. We stayed there a couple of months after we sold our home. Check them out next time you need a place with full hook ups to park. Carolyn and her team will make you feel welcomed!

RV park is clean, staff is excellent, sites are good sized & conveniently located. The park is not very quiet, it's on a road with fairly heavy traffic 24/7. Daily, weekly & monthly rates have gone up drastically. This is the main reason we will stay elsewhere. Can't see paying that much for convenience.

Nothing but great service, great facilities and great staff making a great RV'ing experience. We've stayed for a few days to a few weeks. We always enjoy our stay. Great clubhouse and pool if you're there in the summertime! It is only for 55 and over as it is a senior park.

The staff is very nice and they go above and beyond to accommodate your needs. Would recommend to anyone that wants a clean, friendly place to stay. Close to anything you might need in town as well. They keep the grounds clean as appealing to look at.

Very quiet. And a great location. Plus the manager is super friendly. It is for 55 and over which makes it nice for us older folks.

Clearly there are much older Rvs in the park older than 2008. Was told my 2007 RV which is nicer than most on the park is not allowed there.

We stayed for 3 nights in a 37' Class A with a tow vehicle in mid April 2015. We did not use the laundry, showers or pool during our stay so I can not comment on them. The parking for the RV was level, provided nice trees and lawn on a generous site with ample parking for the toad. I don't think there were any pull through sites, ans all seemed to have concrete parking pads. All of the people I encountered were very friendly and helpful. We traveled with 2 small dogs and found the park to be pet friendly. This park is a combination of permanent residents and sites for overnight RV stays. It is located very close to down town Visalia and Mooney Blvd (the big street with most of the stores). This is where we will stay on our future visits to this area.
