It was quiet and well kept, we rented the mallards nest cabin and it was pretty good, cove mountain realty deserves 5 stars but this review is also about the cabin which had a terrible hard mattress on the main floor and a very noisy shower head, everything else was amazing and I would 100% recommend to anyone to try out a cove mountain realty rental!!

We had reserved a site for May 27th-June 1st. On May 24th, we received a confirmation email. My husband noticed the dates were not correct. We checked the first email they had sent when I reserved the site. Those dates were correct. The next day I called the campground. I explained the dates being wrong. The lady said that I was the woman she was needing to talk too. She had my number so she could have called. She goes on on to tell me they have moved a little house on to our site; so, they not only changed our site but changed our dates. Changing the site was no big deal, but we could not change our dates. I was told the only other option was to cancel my reservation. This was Memorial Day weekend; so, every campground would be full. We will not be staying at Cove Mountain again.

Wonderful park and the people who work and run the property are great. Large graveled sites and level. Wi-Fi good as I work on the road so need that.

Newly established so there aren't a lot of trees. No bath house but they have full hook-ups and decent space between sites.

Most beautiful spot on earth!! Jordan helped my husband and I into an awesome RV spot at this campground. The mountain view was breath-taking! Cove Mountain RV Resort is not only beautiful, it is very peaceful and a friendly atmosphere. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant and memorable!

Love this place! I am in the area working for a few months and staying at Cove Mountain RV Resort.. Absolutely no complaints. Just quiet country living at it's best!

If you want to be out of the craziness, try Wears Valley, it is on 321 between Pigeon Forge and Townsend. We stayed at Cove Mountain RV park, all sites full hook up (no dump station, showers or restrooms) lovely setting, huge sites. - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group
